Nature Power Chakra.
This is a power that Jiraiya spent many years learning. To enter Sage Mode, he needs about five minutes for a ritual, but he can show a little Nature Power Chakra at any time.

Jiraiya had been running around for years and was good at reading people. He saw Linto thinking and knew he was interested in Sage Mode. Who wouldn't be? Jiraiya moved closer:
"Want to learn it? I'll teach you."
"How much is the tuition?" Linto asked.
"No tuition."
Jiraiya waved his hand: "As long as you're willing to come back to Konoha with me, I promise that this time, no one can touch you. I have that much influence.
After we go back, I'll take you to Mount Myōboku to make a summon beast agreement with Elder Toad."
Linto chuckled.
After talking around in circles, he dug a hole here waiting for him.

Jiraiya slapped his chest: "You don't trust me? I'm telling you, I, Jiraiya, am something special in Konoha."
Linto waved his hand to stop him.
"It's not that I don't trust you, it's just."
Linto calmly asked: "If Konoha is so good, why don't you go back and wander around outside all the time?"
Jiraiya was speechless: "I... you... this..."
Many words, finally turned into a sigh.
Yeah, he hasn't even been hurt before, and he doesn't want to go back, let alone Linto and Sasuke, two survivors whose entire clans were killed.
