Star Platinum · The World
Six Stars
Level: 6 (Max Level)
Owner: Jotaro Kujo
Description: A close-range power type Stand with super strength, extremely fast speed, and super high precision.
Ability: Time Stop.
When controlling Star Platinum alone, it has a 5-second time stop range.
When controlling multiple Stands, it has a 2-second time stop range.
Within the time stop space, other Stands cannot move except for Star Platinum and the Stand user.
Note 1: Invincible.
Note 2: 9.99 seconds is The World's limit — not yours.
Note 3: What happens if you take one more step forward?
…
After reading Star Platinum's status panel, Linto noted that the attributes hadn't changed much — still 5A1C. The main upgrade this time was the effective duration of Time Stop.
9.99 seconds.
Stronger than Dio at his peak. More than enough for Linto to accomplish far more.
And yet…
His eyes lingered on Note 3.
"What does 'take one more step forward' mean?"
"Could it be that after using the Dimensional Ascension Star Core, Star Platinum · The World still has room to evolve again? Like…"
Linto thought of the special item mentioned in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 5: Golden Wind — the Arrow.
"Star Platinum · The World · Requiem?"
He glanced at his remaining 714 soul fragments and stopped daydreaming.
Better keep farming soul fragments.
The incident with the Evil God Cult had left Linto with an unsettling thought.
Humanity has two destructive impulses.
One is self-destruction.
The other is the destruction of others.
The former projection — Linto had already seen it. That was the Evil God.
The white-haired cult leader was a perfect example of someone yearning for self-destruction.
Logically speaking, however, the impulse to destroy others far outweighs the desire for self-destruction.
After all, when people run into trouble, they usually curse others first. Only when they can't win, can't argue back, and don't even dare to curse anymore… do they finally think about ending themselves.
So what is the world's projection of the desire to destroy others?
Linto pondered for a long time.
Suddenly, the image of the Three-Tails unleashing a Tailed Beast Bomb surfaced in his mind.
"Pure, absolute destructive energy… If the Tailed Beasts represent 'destroying others,' then many things start to make sense."
"Unreasonably powerful. Possessing a degree of self-awareness. And even if killed, capable of resurrecting after some time."
"The Tailed Beasts are immortal. As long as chakra exists — as long as the desire to destroy others exists — they will inevitably reappear as projections."
"Following this chain of logic…"
Through Konan's memories, Linto saw Nagato's 'Tailed Beast Weapon' plan.
"Nagato's plan will never bring peace."
The more the Tailed Beasts are used for large-scale slaughter and warfare, the more deeply the obsession with destroying others takes root in the world.
Nagato would become a second white-haired cult leader.
Like a fuel tanker with its brakes removed — even if that wasn't his original intention, he would have no choice but to keep pressing the accelerator, dragging his followers, strangers, and enemies alike toward destruction.
Of course, all of this was merely Linto's speculation based on the Evil God incident.
Whether it was truly so…
Whether other variables or hidden details were involved…
He would need to continue uncovering the world's secrets.
Lost in thought, a pale hand reached out and grabbed his shoulder.
He turned his head and saw Tsunade — eyes bloodshot, face pale, body trembling slightly.
"Cursed again?!"
Still thinking about the Evil God, Linto instinctively assumed the worst — until Tsunade, eyes red, said:
"Linto! Lend me some money! I'll pay you back when I return to Konoha. Don't worry — I know the rules. Nine out, thirteen back!"
Borrow money…
Linto snapped back to reality.
The cult leader was dead. There was no curse.
The gambling addict in front of him had simply lost too much. The trembling came from a mixture of rage, unwillingness, and humiliation.
Linto's response was simple:
"No."
He glanced at the chaotic casino and shook his head.
Though the operation had encountered some bumps, they had found Tsunade, obtained soul fragments, maxed out Star Platinum, and even gained new insights into the world's origin.
A fruitful trip.
Time to head back.
By now, the visiting delegation from Konoha should have already arrived in Kirigakure.
Kakashi mentioned that Uzumaki Naruto is among the visitors. I wonder how things are going between him and Sasuke.
…
This batch included ten Ninja Academy students — mostly heirs from Konoha's major clans. Only the Hyuga clan hadn't sent anyone.
After all, from a strategic standpoint, the Byakugan far surpassed other secret techniques in importance.
The adults spent their days participating in reconstruction work arranged by Kirigakure.
Mei Terumi had incorporated Linto's philosophy into the system. By immersing themselves in the work, participants could directly experience improvements in productivity.
Ninjas and civilians from various professions worked during the day, wrote reflections at night, and shared their insights to deepen their learning through output.
As for Naruto and the other students, their tasks were simpler.
Half the day was spent attending the Ninja Academy in Kirigakure as usual. Afternoons were free — those interested could audit Miyamoto's swordsmanship class.
At night, they carried small stools to the village center to attend open-air lectures alongside the adults.
After Linto left, Amber and Mayuri took over teaching duties.
Iwamori Minamoto Yako came to help daily. Due to staff shortages, Mayuri often invited her to lecture or share her thoughts.
But the usually confident Yako would wave her hands repeatedly whenever asked:
"Someone like me… I can't. I shouldn't."
After several refusals, Mayuri gave up.
Adult exchanges were calm and restrained. Through work and lectures, ninjas from Konoha and Kirigakure gradually came to understand one another.
Children, however, were far more direct.
"…And you want to become Hokage?!"
Seven or eight academy kids surrounded Naruto, laughing loudly.
"You can't even perform a proper jutsu. If you become Hokage, I'll be Mizukage!"
Naruto shouted back, "I will become Hokage! I already promised Grandpa Hokage!"
The Kirigakure kids froze.
"The Third Hokage is your grandpa? Your real grandpa?"
"N-No… I just call him Grandpa Hokage out of habit…"
Before Naruto could finish, a foot slammed into his stomach, knocking him to the ground.
"Damn it! Acting all high and mighty! I thought you were really his grandson — scared the hell outta me! Beat him up!"
Naruto fell, covering his head.
Grandpa Hokage… Is this the new world you promised me?
This new world… isn't very friendly at all.
Elsewhere, Kiba Inuzuka rubbed Akamaru's head and asked Shikamaru Nara,
"Should we help? He's from our village, after all."
Shikamaru fell silent.
He was weighing the pros and cons.
Fighting academy students from another village on foreign soil — was it worth it? Were there political implications? Could these kids be pieces deliberately placed by Mei Terumi?
"I can't just watch this."
Rock Lee clenched his fists.
According to his philosophy of life, if something feels wrong — you throw a punch.
That's youth!
But before Lee could step forward, a faint rumble of thunder sounded.
Amid scorching wind, a familiar figure appeared behind the attackers.
Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno widened their eyes.
"That's… Sasuke-kun?!"
Sasuke raised the blade in his hand — unsharpened, used purely as a stick — and began striking the Kirigakure kids one by one. They howled in pain, yet none dared fight back.
Who was he?
Uchiha Sasuke.
One of the core participants in the battle that overthrew the Mizukage.
Combined with his relationship to Linto and the new Mizukage, Mei Terumi…
Who would dare provoke him? Who could?
Beaten and scrambling away, the kids fled while shouting, "Big Brother Sasuke, spare us!"
Holding his blade, Sasuke pointed at their retreating backs.
"If you dare bully someone again, I'll break every one of your legs!"
Once they were gone, Sasuke crouched down and extended a hand to Naruto.
"Long time no see. You…"
Seeing Naruto's disheveled state, unwilling to wound his pride, Sasuke said tactfully:
"Still as impressive as ever."
