Lenette has been stewing away in that villa out of her mind. Sterling had been quiet barely reaching out to her only ever to check up. His original excuse of waiting out Caesar's search was no longer holding up. Lenette could tell there was more to this than what Sterling said. It was these thoughts that made Lenette determined to find out what Sterling's goal really was.
If she was honest with herself, she had better luck trusting Caesar than Sterling, after all, the devil you know is better than the one you do not. Lenette knew better than to trust a man like Sterling. They were only working together as they had a mutual enemy, if that were not the case, she was sure he would just as much be her enemy as she would be his. Essentially, Lenette was wary of the man. Hell, she would not put it past him to hand her over to Caesar if promised what he wanted.
