Nimra and Farhan were in the room. Nimra hugged him tightly while crying.
"Baby, it's okay," Farhan said.
She accidentally smacked his wound.
"Ouch, Nia," he said with a smile.
"Why did you hurt yourself so much? You could have just explained everything to me," she said while checking where he had stabbed himself.
"My love for you," Farhan replied.
His green eyes met her dark grey eyes.
Nimra kissed him and Farhan deepened the kiss before smiling against her lips.
"I want to show you something later by midnight. Just you and me," Nimra said.
"I better get ready then," he replied.
Nimra blushed.
"Come on, baby," Farhan said.
Both of them laughed together.
Meanwhile Downstairs
The workers cleaned the blood while the dead bodies were taken away.
Nikolai was on a call with Sohan.
"Yep, he is here. Killed some people though," Nikolai said.
"We will take care of them. He has Nimra. They are both together."
"Alright, bye," Nikolai said as the call ended.
Lilith was happily nibbling on chicken thighs.
"Baba says he loves you so much," Nikolai said before kissing Lily's cheeks.
Salvatore had his arms around Zhanna.
"Nick, Lily's scan. We are going to know the baby's gender," Dr. Leonid said.
"Boy!" Emil, Marco and Olivia said together.
"I didn't buy doll houses for boys, so girl," Caspian replied.
"I agree. Baby girl," Tsillah said.
"The makeup, pretty dresses. Ouuuuuu! I can't wait!" Crya exclaimed.
"Me too. We will go on trips and lots and lots of shopping!" Seris added.
Nikolai chuckled.
"Is she still having pains on her bump?" Dr. Violet asked.
"Yeah, but a little," Nikolai replied.
Meanwhile Lily happily grabbed another box of food.
Dr. Mason injected her.
"This is the last dose. She will be getting better soon."
"Fingers crossed, everyone. For the first time in years, Lily can be in her right senses," Dr. Leonid said.
"Will she be a brat?" Hana asked.
"No. She didn't grow up being a brat because Baba taught us all well. Let me show you all a video of Lilith when she was four," Farhan said.
He handed his phone to Hassan, who connected it to the television.
Everyone sat down.
Lily was already rocking herself to sleep.
The Video
"Oh my goodness! It's Lily. She looks so adorable," Kalma said.
The video began at a park.
Little Lilith ran around carrying a basket.
"Mihu! Sweetie, be careful, baby!" Riyana called.
Toddler Lilith ignored the warning and kept running while Sohan chased after her.
She giggled loudly.
Her chubby face glowed with happiness as she stretched her arms wide.

"Everything so so so so beautiful!" Baby Lilith squealed.
Nikolai's heart melted.
"Hi Mr. Sun! Hi Tree! Hi Grass! Hiiii everybody!"
Suddenly she stopped.
A poor woman carrying a baby stood nearby begging for money. Both looked dirty and exhausted.
Baby Lilith's face immediately became sad.
"Aww," Haira whispered.
Tears rolled down Lilith's chubby cheeks as she waddled toward the woman.
Sohan, Riyana and the boys rushed over.
"Found her, Baba!" Nihal shouted.
"Lil—" Sohan started.
"Shhhh. Wait," Riyana stopped him.
Baby Lilith spread out a mat from her basket.
Then she took out her food.
"Here, Ms. You eat and Baby drink milky!"
She clapped happily.
The woman's heart melted.
She cried and hugged Lily tightly.
"Thank you so much, little one."
"This is so precious," Arina whispered while wiping away tears.
Then Baby Lilith stood up.
"Papa!"
She waddled toward Sohan.
Sohan bent down and lifted her into his arms.
"Papa, pretty please give her a job so she can feed da baby. Pwease?"
She made a tiny pleading clap.
"You want to help her, baby?" Sohan asked.
"Uh huh. And everyone too, Papa, so they have food and money to eat together and be happy!"
"I am proud of you, sweetie," Riyana said while kissing her forehead.
"Go. I will handle this."
"Bye bye Auntie! Bye bye baby!"
Little Lilith waved cutely.
The video ended.
Several people wiped away tears.
Farhan smiled.
"Mumma gave the woman a job and a high-paying salary. Her son is grown now."
"That was beautiful," Nolan said.
"Yeah," Yulian agreed.
Nikolai walked over to his sleeping wife and kissed her forehead.
"Goodnight everyone."
He carried Lily upstairs.
Everyone returned to their rooms.

Nikolai removed his shirt and lay beside Lily.
He looked at her sleeping face.

Farhan picked up a small box.

Then he took a pinch of vermilion and placed it on her forehead.

Farhan lit a sacred fire and tied part of his clothing with her saree.
He held out his hand.

She followed him.

The cold weather had made him sleep outdoors.
His mother, Najma, approached carrying a blanket.

She sat beside him and handed him the blanket.
"Do you have someone like your sister does?"
"No, I don't. I used to love someone before, but not anymore."
"Do you still love her?"
"No. She left me and destroyed everything."
Najma sighed.
"You are twenty-six years old now."
"You want me to get married, right?" Hassan asked with a chuckle.
"Maybe. But I can't force you."
"Yeah."
After a moment she smiled.
"I am hosting a party today for your sister and you."
"I got some clothes for you."
"Please get ready."
"I will."
Najma moved forward and kissed his forehead before walking back inside.
For the first time in a while, Hassan felt a little happier.
4:05 PM – The Party
The celebration began.
Nikolai was asleep.
Lilith had successfully put him to sleep.
Arina and Ethan entered the room.
"Brother?" Arina whispered.
"Shhh. Nikki sleepy now," Lilith whispered back.
"Oh, sorry."
"Come, love. Let's go."
Ethan gently led Arina away.
Before leaving, she kissed Nikolai's forehead.
Together they headed downstairs to join the party.
