Three days after Mila's birth, the hidden mansion felt emptier than ever.
Nikolai woke up before sunrise. Without a word he walked into Lily's garden. The flowers she planted still bloomed. The vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices were growing exactly where she had left them. He knelt down and removed weeds one by one.
Afterward he cleaned her temple.
Every idol.
Every bell.
Every lamp.
Every flower bowl.
Everything.
Then he entered the dance hall.
Silence.
He sat where he used to watch her dance.
He could almost hear her melodious voice.
Could almost see her spinning barefoot across the floor.
Could almost see her smiling at him.
His chest tightened.
He stood and walked toward the nursery.
Mila's room.
He cleaned every shelf.
Every toy.
Every blanket.
Every corner.
His face remained cold and emotionless.
When he was done he sat silently.
Breakfast was served.
Almost nobody ate.
Some forced themselves.
Most couldn't.
Nikolai barely touched his food.
"B..Boss I think Argo is sick…" Emil said.
"He misses his mama," Yulian replied.
"I'll take him to the vet later."
Nikolai said nothing.
He simply stared at his food.
Blinking.
Only blinking.
Then he stood.
Placed his hands inside his coat.
Lit a cigarette.
And walked out.
Zafraan hired more men to search for Lilith.
Farhan became extremely sick.
Nimra gave him medication.
"I miss her," Sabrina whispered.
"Us too," everyone answered sadly.
"She was poisoned and she doesn't even know it," Darya said.
"We have to do something. We need to find her," Hassan said.
"Yes. Lily isn't only Boss's wife and our Queen. She's family. She's our sister, mother, best friend. She's everything to us," Brandon said.
Arina wiped Ethan's tears.
"Then we'll stay together. That's what Lily would want."
Nolan nodded.
Everyone agreed.
Elsewhere, Sergei was feeding Amanat's son.
Amanat sat nearby studying.
Sergei had enrolled her into university.
Filled every form.
Signed as her guardian.
The baby boy giggled.
"What?" Sergei asked.
The little boy suddenly grabbed his hair.
"Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!"
The baby laughed.
Amanat burst into laughter.
Sergei froze.
He stared at her.
She was laughing harder.
A tiny smile appeared on his face.
Amanat snapped her fingers at the baby.
"So what's his name?" Sergei asked.
She wrote something and handed him the paper.
He read it.
I want you to name him please.
"You want me to? Why?"
She wrote again.
Mr Sergei, you're my savior. My baby is alive because of you. I got to study again because of you. I want you to name my baby. Pretty please.
Sergei blinked.
Then looked at the baby.
Since he was Indian…
"We'll call him…"
He smiled.
"Samarth."
Amanat rubbed Samarth's hair.
Sergei kissed the boy's forehead.
Samarth giggled.
His tiny legs kicked happily through the air.
Nikolai sat in his office drawing.
The picture showed Lilith holding their daughter.
The doors opened.
"Boss. Grandma."
Damian entered.
Behind him walked Viktoria.
She carried a lunchbox.
"Nick, my dear."
She sat beside him.
Then noticed the drawing.
Her eyes softened.
"Oh my poor boy…"
"You miss her so much don't you?"
Nikolai looked at her.
His eyes were red.
"G…G…Grandma…"
Three days ago she was born.
"My Beanie…"
"My Lily must have been in labor…"
"I wasn't there."
"I wasn't there to hold her."
"I wasn't there to comfort her."
"I didn't get to hold my little girl."
"My Mila…"
His voice broke.
Viktoria hugged him.
He cried harder than before.
"Shhhhh…"
"We'll find them."
"We'll find Lily."
"We'll find Mila too."
She held him tightly.
"Your great-grandmother is here. She heard everything that happened. She wants to meet you."
"I don't want to talk to anyone."
"I know, my child."
"For Mila and Lily's sake."
Nikolai nodded weakly.
Later Damian entered.
Nikolai continued writing search orders.
"Damian."
"Yes Boss?"
"Is the tracker on?"
"The camera?"
"No Boss. Still off. I think both disconnected because of signal loss."
Nikolai nodded.
Then laid his head on Viktoria's lap.
She quietly fed him lunch.
Meanwhile in India…
Lilith was now known as Mahira.
She sat inside the tiny house while Oviya rocked Mila.
Lilith coughed again.
Blood nearly reached her lips.
She swallowed it back.
"Madam ji, you've been coughing for months now. There's no dust here. Nothing."
"Should we go to a hospital?"
Oviya asked.
"No."
"I'll be fine."
Then she smiled.
"We need to start a small business so we can feed ourselves."
Oviya listened carefully.
Lilith explained her plans.
A tea stall.
Small meals.
Simple income.
Oviya agreed.
Mila giggled.
Lilith kissed her forehead.
"It's just me and you now Beanie."
"I hope your father is okay."
Her eyes watered.
"But he hurt me."
"Everyone hurt me."
In New York…
Mr. Kadeon slapped Sohan.
Hard.
"ARE YOU FUCKING MAD?!"
Sohan lowered his head.
"I'm sorry Father."
"All of you!"
"Why would you blame her without proof?!"
Bhairavi immediately made calls.
"Find her."
Riyana wiped her tears.
"We need to find her before the poison kills her."
"Sohan, you better find her."
"What the hell!"
"This is not how I raised you!"
Anika checked Riyana's blood pressure.
"Mother, your BP is high."
"I want Baneva back."
"Her due date passed."
"She must have given birth by now."
Anika hugged her.
Ivaan sat in Karim's arms.
Mr. Kadeon turned toward Corvina.
"The title of Gem is earned."
"It isn't stolen."
"If Mahira doesn't come back, things will become very bad."
Bhairavi nodded.
"She has a baby."
"India isn't safe."
"Nowhere is bloody safe."
Everyone fell silent.
At the hidden mansion…
Several cars arrived.
Falak stepped out.
Everyone stared.
The mansion was enormous.
Hukam Singh stepped out behind them.
"Remember the plan," Sanjot whispered.
She nodded.
They entered.
"Wow."
"Kaal really outdid himself."
"More than us."
Arshnoor said.
Rohan greeted them.
"Please sit. Boss will be here."
"She's really gone?" Surinder asked.
"It was a misunderstanding."
"She left in pain."
"How's Kaal?" Gulreen asked.
Rohan sighed.
"Lost."
"He's been searching constantly."
"She's somewhere in India."
"Everyone is looking."
Then Nikolai appeared carrying Cherry.
"Here."
"These are your treats."
"Mama gives them to you, right?"
Cherry meowed.
"Good girl."
Yulian entered.
"I got Argo medicine and food."
"The vet said he's sad and has a fever."
"I miss her too, boy."
Nikolai gently placed the dog down.
Surinder blessed him.
Hukam quietly studied him.
Then she bit her lip.
"I'm sorry."
"We'll get her back."
Nikolai nodded.
Falak scoffed.
"If she really cared she wouldn't have left him."
The room froze.
Nikolai's gaze turned deadly.
"Do you want to be thrown out?"
"W-What?"
"I can throw you out right now."
"Nobody speaks against my wife."
"Everyone misunderstood her."
"I won't tolerate it."
"I swear I'll kill you."
Falak immediately became silent.
Later Hammad brought information.
"Boss, look."
Nikolai opened the tablet.
Footage appeared.
Two months old.
Lilith and Oviya.
Vishal explained.
"She sold her gold chains."
"For twenty thousand rupees."
"Then headed to a village."
"Twenty thousand?"
Nikolai frowned.
"There's far more money hidden inside her teddy."
"We're still searching."
"India has over forty thousand villages."
"Some are ancient."
"Some are hidden."
Nikolai stared at the footage.
She was coughing.
Rubbing her bump.
Wiping tears.
His hands covered his face.
"Don't worry, Kaal."
"We'll find her."
Diler said.
A few days later…
Nikolai stood before Lilith's photograph.
A cake sat on the table.
"Happy Birthday, My Bambi."
"You turned eighteen today."
"I wanted this day to be special."
His voice hardened.
"When I find you…"
"I'll bring you home."
"I'll become more ruthless."
"More cold-hearted."
"Even if I have to drag you home."
"Even if I have to burn everything down."
"I will."
The next morning everyone gathered.
"Happy Birthday Lily."
They wished her photograph.
Then returned to work.
And continued searching.
At the mansion…
Sergei carried Samarth.
Amanat attended classes.
"Sam, your grip is too strong."
Samarth laughed.
Falak entered the kitchen.
She stared at the baby.
Something about him bothered her.
Could it be?
She shook her head and left.
In India…
Lilith stood inside the temple.
Today she was eighteen.
"It's my birthday."
"I'm eighteen now."
"I have to take care of Mila."
"Dear Lord…"
"Bless me."
While walking home she saw several hungry children.
"Kripaya humein kuch khaana de dijiye."
(Please help us with some food.)
Lilith gave them food.
Then sat beside them.
"Kya tumhare paas rehne ki koi jagah hai?"
(Do you have anywhere to stay?)
They shook their heads.
Lilith smiled.
"Aaj se tum sab school jaoge aur mere saath rahoge."
(From now on you will all go to school and stay with me.)
The children hugged her.
She brought them home.
Six children.
Three boys.
Three girls.
All between fourteen and sixteen.
Mila babbled inside her crib.
Lilith suddenly coughed.
Blood filled her hand.
She hid it.
"I'll be okay."
She whispered.
Then continued running her tea stall.
Every day.
Working.
Cooking.
Selling chai.
Feeding children.
Raising Mila.
Alone.
Back in Russia…
Amanat returned from school.
She excitedly showed Sergei her results.
96%.
Everyone applauded.
"What do you want?" Sergei asked.
She thought.
Then wrote something.
At that moment Jagtar arrived.
Amanat froze.
Fear overtook her.
Flashbacks returned.
Jagtar approached.
Sergei instantly moved.
Pulling Amanat behind him.
"I want my son."
"Samarth is ours."
"You may be the father but you have no rights here."
"Amanat comes with me."
Jagtar grabbed her hand.
She pulled away.
Hiding behind Sergei.
"Baby, I'm sorry."
"Let's start over."
She shook her head.
"She said no."
Sergei's voice became cold.
Jagtar clenched his fists.
His mother stepped forward.
"Hand over my grandson."
"No."
"Samarth is mine."
Sergei answered.
The woman sneered.
"She's cursed."
"We only need the boy."
Meghan entered carrying cake.
"If you even think about ruining her life, I'll destroy you."
Everyone fell silent.
Sergei took Amanat away.
She sobbed.
He looked at her.
"Stop crying."
"You got a good score."
"So tell me what you want."
She wrote.
A quiet place.
Good sleep.
Seafood.
Travel.
Experiences.
Sergei laughed softly.
"Fine."
"But I want something too."
She looked up.
"Marry me."
"So that bitch leaves you alone."
Amanat blinked.
Two full minutes passed.
Then she nodded.
Sergei smiled.
And kissed her forehead.
"I'll treat you well."
She smiled back.
Months passed.
Nikolai designed Lily's dream bakery.
Flower shop.
Restaurant.
Everything.
Kenan received the plans.
"She'll love this."
Nikolai simply nodded.
Resting his head on his desk.
Soon afterward…
Amanat and Sergei married inside the temple hall.
Flowers filled the air.
Meghan took pictures.
Everyone celebrated.
Nikolai watched quietly.
Then disappeared into Mila's room.
He sat there knitting tiny jumpsuits.
Imagining Lily.
Imagining Mila.
Imagining laughter.
Imagining his daughter calling him:
"Dada."
Tears fell.
Later he entered his bedroom.
And froze.
Hukam lay on his bed wearing revealing lingerie.
Nikolai immediately texted Arina.
Then looked at Hukam.
"Get out."
"Oh come on Kaal."
"Let me take your pain away."
His eyes darkened.
"This is why my Lily left."
"Women like you."
"You destroy marriages."
"You think you'll get what you want."
The door burst open.
Arina stormed in.
She grabbed Hukam by the hair.
And threw her out.
"Get out."
The woman screamed.
Arina shut the door.
"Goodnight brother."
Nikolai locked it.
Then continued searching.
For Lilith.
For Mila.
Meanwhile…
Lilith's condition worsened.
She hid every trace of blood.
Fed Mila.
Rocked her.
One afternoon Mila suddenly pointed.
"D…D…D…Dada…"
Lilith froze.
Then burst into tears.
Mila's first word.
Dada.
She hugged her daughter tightly.
Two and a Half Years Later…
India.
"Mihu! Come to the event!"
An old woman shouted.
A pair of familiar green eyes looked up.
"Haan."
(Yes.)
Lilith smiled.
She carried groceries.
Nearby sat her daughter.
Pacifier in her mouth.
Dark blue eyes.
Beautiful.
Curious.
The little girl crawled into Lilith's room.
The wooden closet stood open.
Something caught her attention.
An old teddy bear.
Papa's teddy.
She giggled.
Crawled toward it.
Dragged it out.
Inside the teddy…
Old hidden wires shifted.
Twisted connections loosened.
A small click echoed.
Then—
BEEP.
The hidden camera activated.
Signal restored.
The camera immediately began recording.
Mila clapping.
Laughing.
Making baby sounds.
Lilith sat nearby working on a laptop.
Applying for scholarships.
Searching universities.
The camera recorded her face too.
She picked Mila up.
"Oh…"
"You like Mama's teddy?"
The baby giggled.
"It's from Papa."
"He gave it to me."
"But you can have it."
"My sweet baby."
She kissed Mila.
Then coughed.
This time blood poured into her hand.
She wiped it away.
And hugged her daughter.
Far away in Russia…
Inside a cold underground warehouse…
A man begged.
"Please spare me."
"I'll give you money."
A masked figure sat silently.
Dark blue eyes.
Black gloves.
Deadly calm.
"Where are the shipments?"
The prisoner trembled.
"I can't tell you."
A woman beside the masked man poured boiling acid onto his wounds.
He screamed.
"Okay!"
"Okay!"
"They're behind the warehouse near the sea!"
The masked man stood.
Then stabbed him.
The man died.
An hour later the masked man returned home.
Everyone stood.
"Boss."
"Boss."
"Boss."
His assistant suddenly ran inside.
Breathless.
"Boss!"
The masked man looked up.
"Hm?"
"We got her location."
Silence.
The room froze.
The assistant swallowed.
"We found her."
The masked man's eyes widened.
For the first time in years.
"Are you lying?"
His voice was ice cold.
"No."
"No, Boss."
"The teddy camera."
"The wires reconnected."
"You need to see this."
The assistant handed him the device.
And after years of praying…
Years of searching…
Years of grief…
The masked man was finally about to see his tiny wife and daughter again.
