"3028 points."
Rasa grinned at the glowing system panel. Ebizo's rumor crew plus that Uchiha Yashiro interview had pushed him clean over three thousand. Hiruzen's scandal burned hotter than anything Yagura ever managed.
"No surprise there. The old monkey's had decades in the spotlight. Yagura was a rookie who barely lasted a year before he got himself killed."
Fire Country sat at the center of the world—rich soil, thriving trade, easy travel. Water Country was stuck in the corner with nothing but fish. Even with the new age of voyages, it would take years for the Mist to catch up. Konoha had always been the strongest of the Five Great Villages. Sand, Rock, and Cloud rotated through the middle spots. Mist usually fought for last place.
Hiruzen was Tobirama's student, from a prestigious clan, with decades of experience. Yagura was basically a commoner who inherited a broken village and died fast. The gap showed in everything.
"Points are here. Time to spin."
"Thirty consecutive draws—start."
The invisible wheel spun.

Bestow S/N
—Grant S or N magnetism to any object or living being. S creates positive magnetism. N creates negative magnetism.
Rasa's eyebrows shot up. "Kid's Magnet-Magnet Fruit ability? Nice."
He could turn anything into a magnet—same poles repelled, opposite poles pulled. The stronger the charge, the bigger the effect. He needed to test it right away.
The earlier small-pity rewards had all been sand-related. This was the first one that broke the pattern, and it looked strong.
As for the seeds:
Oil Sedge Seeds
—Drought-resistant, heat-tolerant, loves sunlight, grows in poor soil. The tubers are packed with fat, starch, and protein. Can be pressed for oil, brewed into alcohol, turned into sugar, or eaten directly.
"Perfect cash crop for the desert around the Sun Disk. High value, wide uses. Exactly what Sand needs."
He called an aide and gave strict orders. "Plant these near the Sun Disk. The person in charge better treat them like gold. Success means big rewards. Failure means I'll make an example out of them."
"Yes, Lord Kazekage."
Rasa headed to the training ground. Metal, stone, wood, dirt, and two slabs of raw mutton sat in front of him.
"Bestow S."
"Bestow S."
The two objects flew apart with violent force. Then he flipped one to N. The repulsion instantly became savage attraction. They slammed together with a heavy crack.
He tested for half an hour. The more chakra he poured in, the stronger the magnetism. Size, weight, and material all mattered, and there was an upper limit. Still, the results were excellent.
"Perfect for combat. Sudden polarity shifts the enemy can't predict. I can give an opponent S magnetism, slap N on a sand soldier, and the soldier gets yanked straight into them like a guided missile. Then I finish the job with everything else. My sand soldiers just became way more dangerous."
Back home, Rasa sat in his study and took stock of his cards.

"Yashiro's interview worked great, but interviews lose power fast. Same thing happened with Fuguki and Jinpachi. Need to space them out, and I'm running out of perfect targets anyway. Too bad Danzo's too scared to spill his real thoughts."
A small figure padded into the room.
"Father."
"Temari. What's up?"
"When is Ninja Kill getting new characters? The old ones are boring. I want to see you as a playable fighter."
Rasa blinked, then smiled. Ninja Kill was huge across the ninja world. Dropping new characters would spark massive talk. And massive talk meant points.
