Kyle Merwin. The only student in Vernia to not have the talent nor the skills to exist in this Academy. He is seen as a background character by many, and his looks are also below average here. Someone who was not so tall with a dark look on his face. Black eyes, which were dark enough to show the pain in them, which were covered by his similar colored black hair which glowed like silver sometimes with eyebags that made him look as if he had not slept for a long while.
He turned back to see his friend Herwin reigell, who was one of the greatest theoreticals expert who had scored a hundred in three tests in a row, and its not just his skils but but also his looks. He is the kind of guy who is born with both skills and beauty. His yellow eyes, along with his long blonde hair made him be called the golden prodigy. It still feels awkward for me to say that he was my friend because of how both of us are. " It is going well. I am still going to need to pull an all-nighter to review everything and understand a few of them. What about you theory king who says that he will fail this one."
He rubbed his elbow on my hands and put up an embarrassed smile on him and tried to make me believe his words by saying that he understood nothing of the lessons on the mid-terms this year. I knew all of them were just lies as he answered every question asked by the professors everytime without fail in every class.
" I believe you, theory king, so just just stop what you are doing now. Anyway I need to go now. I really need to go out for a while and then come back to prepare. See you later then." I waved my hand as I slowly walked away to the door to the outside garden of this Academy. It was a vast open ground with many beautiful trees and plants scattered in it, along with many students who roam around here for many reasons.
Today was a rather good one as it was a perfect weather to take a small walk in this beautiful garden. A nice Thursday in the fall season, the leaves of autumn signified them and filled the floor of the garden with it tainting it brown and red in color. I walked pretty far and found a bench which was empty with just leaves scattered over it. I pushed those leaves to a corner and sat down on the chair looking at the sky which was as clear as it could get today with nearly no clouds being visible to me.
I kept staring at it for a long while as I was zoned out from the real world. I was daydreaming of being a seven year old once again, with my family enjoying a beautiful Sunday planning to go to a beach which was so greatly ruined by Alice who suddenly screamed into my ears asking if I am still alive or not.
"Please stop doing this. My ear hurts pretty badly whenever someone screams you know that right." i said so covering my ear while looking at her.
Alice Myrene, a pretty good friend of mine is also one of those who was bron with pretty good skills. She is called the princess of all decks. She aced many test like Herwin but not only in the theory part but also the practical part. She is not just great at studies but also good at sports, singing, dance and alot much more which I can go on about. She is what people call a godess too by few because of her looks. Jade green eyes which had a shine so bright that you can see stars in them. Long brown hair which matched her green eyes very greatly and her athletic body made her perfect in every way.
" alright alright, I will not do that. But what are you doing here in the middle of the day. Are you daydreaming here once again." She asked me pointing her finger at me while she poked my forehead while coming close to me and said to me to stop doing this as it does not help me that much in clearing my head but only bring more thoughts and unnecessary ideas.
I knew that already but it has been a habit of me for a long while and has been one of the few ways for me to forget everything and escape reality for a while.
I caught her finger and stood up and thanked her for reminding me about that.I decided that just taking a small strool around for a while and then going back to prepare will be a better choice for me.
I walked a bit away from Alice before I said to her that I will just take a stroll around the garden and go back to preparing and gave her good luck before I turned back and started my stroll before I was caught by Alice with her trying to choke me.
" do you belive that I was here to only remind you that daydreaming is not a good thing or that I was here to meet you, you fool." She said while she gripped me even harder. " stop it, I might actually die here if you grip even a bit more harder" I said while I was trying to stop her.
She only stopped after realize that I might actually die." Don't you dare try to leave me like that after just standing infront of me and just walk away while I was trying to talk to you."
