The Shadow Clone Jutsu was incredibly useful.
However.
In Kanda Rokuro's current state, he could only create two Shadow Clones for training purposes.
If he made more, his daily income of Experience Points wouldn't be enough to recover his stamina.
Besides.
He still needed to save EXP to upgrade other Ninjutsu.
Creating two Shadow Clones and having them train for ten hours a day would consume 400 EXP. In return, the increase in Taijutsu or Chakra EXP would only be around 50 points.
Adding his own training to the mix, relying solely on physical practice would yield about 100 EXP per day.
Meanwhile, his total daily EXP income maxed out at around 700 points.

"It's this late? What does Lord Danzo want with me?"
Hanata shook his head and whispered a warning,
"Lord Danzo's mood doesn't look too good. He just smashed some things in a rage. You'd better be careful!"

With some trepidation, Rokuro followed Hanata to the entrance of Danzo's office.
At the door, Hanata refused to go any further.
Rokuro had no choice but to walk in alone.
Upon entering.
He saw Danzo's gloomy expression.

He was indeed very angry.
Rokuro walked over cautiously and asked,
"Lord Danzo, you were looking for me?"
Danzo looked up at Rokuro, and his complexion improved slightly.
Seeing this, Rokuro breathed a sigh of relief.
It seemed Danzo's anger wasn't directed at him.
His little life was safe for now.
Danzo didn't know what Rokuro was thinking. He gestured for Rokuro to sit opposite him and said,
"Rokuro, I am very disappointed in the Hokage right now. He is truly too weak!"

Danzo nodded internally as he listened.

"My thoughts are the same as yours. Unfortunately, I am not the Hokage. Otherwise, I definitely wouldn't let those Cloud ninjas leave here alive!"
Rokuro nodded repeatedly.
"That's exactly how it should be! I think you are more suitable to be the Hokage, Lord Danzo. The Third Hokage is too weak; how can he be the leader of the powerful Konoha?!"
Danzo was very satisfied internally.
