Kaden quickly warmed up to the new teacher and Roseanne felt a huge wave of relief wash over her.
She had been anxious that Kaden might struggle with the change, especially after saying goodbye to his daycare teachers just a few days ago. Fortunately, the boy looked excited when the teacher came.
"Good morning, Miss Blythe!"
Today was only their second day together but already the teacher had begun to make a difference. She had taught Kaden many new things, including the basics of etiquette; how to eat properly without making a mess, how to greet people politely, and even how to start small conversations.
Because Kaden was only four and set to enroll in school earlier than most children, he would need to catch up academically as well. Thankfully, the teacher was prepared to help him with that, introducing him to subjects and materials he would encounter at his new, elite private school.
