The dokkaebi smiled a wicked smile and said in a voice dripping with contempt:

Arthur's body went rigid for a moment.
"…What did you say?"
He slowly raised his head and stared at him with cold eyes.
"Do you know Kim Dokja? Where is he?"
Bihyung's smile widened, as though the opportunity he had been waiting for had finally come.

Arthur replied in a calm tone, though there was something sharp beneath it:

Then simply turned away, as if he had completely lost interest.
He left Bihyung standing there and began inspecting the rubble around him without haste. After a few moments, he drew his sword—

He hung it at his waist, then cast one last indifferent glance at the dokkaebi before pressing off the ground and launching himself at tremendous speed toward the site of his earlier battle with Yoo Joonghyuk.
Bihyung remained where he was.

Arthur arrived at the battlefield.
He stopped.
He looked around.

His gaze shifted, landing on the corpse of the Ichthyosaur monster—
still hanging from what remained of the bridge.

Arthur sighed as he stared at the system window.
"Another mission…"
He left the window aside for the moment and began searching for Kim Dokja in the area, checking through the rubble and along the ruined edges of the bridge—
but found nothing.
"No use…"
At last, he decided to complete the mission, then return to searching.
"Core… core…
Usually it's inside the monster.
Do I have to go into its stomach?"
He paused.

He gripped the bone dagger, looked at the Ichthyosaur with satisfied eyes, and began the dissection.
