Lightning flashed, and the Asura opened its eyes wide!
Without a word, Akahi and Aoi clashed violently once more.
As if driven by sheer defiance, neither used any ninjutsu; they relied entirely on raw strength to collide again and again.
BOOM!
When trident met blade, Aoi was sent flying once again — as expected. But this time, he managed to swallow back the blood rising in his throat.
Even while still airborne, he stabilized his posture. The tide of battle had shifted subtly...
"AGAIN!"
Aoi's spirit blazed. His wild hair whipped around like a nest of frenzied snakes, and instead of retreating, he actively charged forward, swinging his sword.
"JUST DIE!"
Akahi's eyes, now blood-red and demonic, bulged from their sockets. He swung his weapons with reckless abandon; he had completely lost his composure.
CRACK!
As the second strike landed, Aoi could no longer hold it back. Hot, fresh blood sprayed out, splattering all over Akahi.
Feeling the warm blood shower over his head, Akahi suddenly realized the truth, and cold sweat broke out across his body.
He gritted his teeth in horror: "This brat... he's using me to practice his techniques!"
After every clash, Aoi improved noticeably in the next exchange. This time, the impact hadn't even managed to knock him flying...
Pfft!
Despite spitting up a mouthful of blood, Aoi remained firmly planted where he stood, having successfully blocked the first strike of the Asura's tridents.
"DIEE!"
Panic began to set in. Akahi threw every ounce of his remaining strength into the second thrust, which was even more powerful than the first.
THUD...
As expected, Aoi couldn't withstand the full force and was knocked flying a great distance.
But barely three seconds later, like an indestructible cockroach, he steadied himself, wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and roared as he charged back in: "AGAIN!"
BAM! CLANG! CRASH!
The continuous sound of impacts echoed like rolling thunder across a clear sky.
The onlookers from the Land of Birds stood stunned, mesmerized — they had never witnessed such a ferocious shinobi duel.

With his physical capability now at 180% of its baseline, Aoi stood his ground against both of Akahi's demonic tridents.

Akahi spun his two weapons like massive windmills. Yet no matter how hard he tried, the Kusanagi Blade and Space–Time Kunai in Aoi's hands blocked every path, halting all progress.

When the mastery of Thunder Garment reached ninety percent, Aoi no longer felt the slightest pressure facing the pair of demonic weapons.
"So this old man has finally reached his limit?"
Aoi swung his sword, deflecting the trident off course. As his Space–Time Kunai darted toward the gap in Akahi's guard, ready to end the fight...
"Brat! This is too much!"
Akahi's eyes burned red as he screamed, "Even if I die here today, I will drag you down to hell with me!"
"Nin–Taijutsu: Six-Armed Asura!"
The monstrous figure coughed up a mouthful of blood.
From his back, two more pairs of arms — four new limbs in total — sprouted out at a visible speed, twisting and growing until they were fully formed.
"Six-Trident Asura Style!"
Six arms moved in unison. Six blood-red tridents bloomed behind him like a terrifying lotus flower.
There was a strange, macabre beauty to the sight, powerful enough to hold anyone's gaze.
"DIE!"
The Asura opened its eyes. A murderous aura exploded outward, heavy and oppressive, as if a true demon had descended upon the world.
Six weapons fell together, with enough force to seemingly shatter the very earth...
"This old man really is willing to give everything he's got!"
Aoi drew the Kusanagi Blade, raising it horizontally above his head. He gritted his teeth and roared: "HOLD FAST!"
