When Jiang Cheng lowered his voice and whispered those words into her ear, Jessica couldn't help shivering.
Remembering how miserable she'd been last night, Jessica suddenly felt a fresh stab of pain where her bottom met the seat.
She had to admit she was a bit of a coward.
The money hadn't even arrived, yet she'd already paid such a price last night; now she dared not provoke Jiang Cheng any further.
Jessica glanced at the others around the table, then leaned toward Jiang Cheng and asked in a small, shame-faced voice, "I… understand. D-did my performance last night satisfy you? Didn't you say… you'd tip more if I did well?"
Jiang Cheng replied lazily, "Last night I told you to move and you squealed about the pain. Or do you think I'm unworthy of your services? How could I be satisfied?"
Jessica hurried to explain, "No, it's not that. I've never done this before; it really hurts. It's not that I wasn't willing. I won't be like that tonight."
"Of course I know you were willing—toward the end you were begging me to go harder, weren't you?" Jiang Cheng mocked.
Mentioning that left Jessica rather embarrassed; she'd never been particularly reserved about such things.
As long as it felt a little good, she naturally made her desires known to Jiang Cheng.
Besides, Jiang Cheng had a nice body.
At the moment she didn't know what else to say, so she reassured him again, "I—I'll be more careful tonight."
Today Jessica was dressed very simply and casually.
Up top she wore only a tight white camisole, but clearly she had a binding bandeau underneath, squeezing her ample curves into seemingly bottomless cleavage.
Coupled with her straight posture, the peaks in front looked even more prominent.
At the sight, Jiang Cheng couldn't resist reaching out to give the firm roundness beneath a squeeze.
After a few pinches he patted it. "Eat up, I've got things to do later."
While eating, Jiang Cheng asked the group, "I'm going to look at some houses later—any of you want to come?"
"You're buying property here?" Qin Fen asked in surprise.
Jiang Cheng nodded. "I ran into a real-estate-agency CEO at last night's party, chatted a bit, and decided to buy a few units as an investment."
No one found it odd; they all knew how lavish Jiang Cheng could be.
Wang Zheng yawned. "Count me out. I'm beat—worked all night again. After this meal I'm going to rest properly."
"Same here. Look at these dark circles—I really need to sleep," Chen Hao said, pointing at his eyes.
Qi Yuan chimed in, "Same. Look at me—I'm drained. I need a nap."
Seeing the three of them so spent, Qin Fen winked and said, "Aren't you guys supposed to be Undefeated War-Gods? Doesn't look like it."
The trio immediately protested.
"Come on, Old Qin—think you're in any position to mock us?"
"Exactly. Who was the one wandering outside at midnight smoking? I've good reason to believe you fled the scene."
"Hahaha, seriously? Do tell!"
Embarrassed, Qin Fen quickly cut in, "Hey, let's not go there. Old Jiang, I'll tag along for the fun. Doesn't Brother Wang own property here too? I've never bought any in this area."
When Wang Congcong heard his name, he waved a hand. "I've only got one place. You guys didn't hear his talk with that CEO last night. If you want to tag along, think carefully—today I reckon he'll start with fifty units…"
"Holy crap—fifty units???"
"Old Jiang, you buying groceries or what?"
"Suddenly I don't feel sleepy at all. I don't deserve sleep—time to get up and hustle!"
