Chapter 948 - No Fighting, No Snatching

After all, 'Ai' is just one word—what's the big deal about 'Mei'?

If you really compare, who's the one having a hard time in life?

Jiang Cheng: "Get lost, get lost. Show me a few more options; I want this wrapped up within the next couple of days."

Besides Su Wan, there's now Chloe too—he can't let her keep living in his own villa.

So arranging them together kills two birds with one stone.

Wang Congcong: "No problem. I'll land at Modu airport in an hour; I'll set it up tomorrow."

Wang Congcong: [Per the Securities Regulatory Commission notice, Daheng Group falsified its mid-year financials—fine of 2.3 billion.]

Wang Congcong: @Jiang Cheng, badass.

Qin Fen: "@Wang Congcong, what's the gossip?"

Qi Yuan: "@Wang Congcong, this has to be Brother Cheng's handiwork, right?"

Wang Zheng: "Weren't you just posting group photos with them on Social Media Platform a while back?"

Wang Congcong: "Though Jiang Cheng keeps standing me up in Kyoto lately, every scene with him is epic."

Qin Fen: "Stop talking; the more you say, the greener I get with envy."

Qi Yuan: "I envy your colorful lives; I can only stay home and cram for the civil-service exam."

Chen Hao: "@Jiang Cheng, are you guys back yet?"

Wang Congcong: "Don't ask. Last night Jiang Cheng flew home on a private jet with a France chick in his arms and left me stranded in Kyoto."

Qi Yuan: "@Wang Congcong, haha, your turn to get ditched."

Qin Fen: "Finally someone stood up the great Young Master Wang."

Wang Zheng: "@Jiang Cheng, Cheng-ge's the MVP!"

Chen Hao: "@Jiang Cheng, Cheng-ge's the MVP."

Reading the group chat, Jiang Cheng gave a helpless smile.

Jiang Cheng: "@Wang Congcong, who was the one who partied three days straight and couldn't get out of bed?"

Wang Congcong: "Stop, stop. I'm deplaning soon—bars tonight?"

Qi Yuan: "On my way."

Wang Congcong: "@Jiang Cheng, can you make it?"

Qin Fen: "Then I'll bring two spicy duck-heads along."

Seeing them roast him again, Jiang Cheng shook his head wryly.

He said to Yu Xiaoxiao and Su Wan, "Lend me your hands; these dogs won't stop teasing me."

At his words, Yu Xiaoxiao leaned over for a look.

She couldn't help covering her mouth and giggling.

A sly smile curved on her enchanting face.

Her eyes narrowed into slits, full of mischief.

She turned to Su Wan and said, "Wanwan, let's take a photo with Jiang Cheng."

Su Wan gave a shy smile. "Together? But… is that okay?"

"Relax, your face won't show—come snuggle close."

Seeing Yu Xiaoxiao tumble first into Jiang Cheng's arms, Su Wan immediately pressed in beside her.

Once they were posed, Yu Xiaoxiao raised Jiang Cheng's phone and aimed it at the three of them.

She chose a tricky angle, capturing only their lower faces and the lower halves of their bodies leaning on Jiang Cheng.

After the shot she checked it.

Satisfied that no features were visible, she tapped send.

Jiang Cheng: "Not going tonight; your sisters-in-law won't allow it."

Seeing the two delicate bodies—one in black, one in white—nestled on either side of Jiang Cheng, the guys on the other side of the screen were stunned.

Though the photo didn't show their faces, those figures alone were a total win for Jiang Cheng.

The girl in black had curves in all the right places, her long legs draped over Jiang Cheng's.

Full breasts, a slender waist, rounded hips—every line exuded feminine softness.

The one in white was equally perfect in proportion.

Even in a loose white sweater, when she straightened her chest the size was obvious—mouth-watering and seductive.

Both were super-size pandas, for crying out loud.

Qin Fen: "Suddenly nothing else feels tasty."

Qi Yuan: "I take back what I said; I was the fool."

Chen Hao: "Which schools are the sisters-in-law from? Any best friends to introduce?"

Wang Zheng: "Same request."

Wang Congcong: "Same request."

…With the guys finally silenced, Jiang Cheng smiled in satisfaction, tapped the cross in the corner, and left the group chat.

He tossed the phone aside and once again slipped an arm around each girl.

"Now that's settled, shouldn't the three of us do something?"

A wicked grin curved on his lips, his eyes turning suggestive.

Hearing the obvious hint, Su Wan's face flushed red.

She quickly pulled free of his arm and lowered her head in a fluster.

Then, as if remembering something,

she looked at Jiang Cheng and said, "I just remembered I have a work shoot tonight; I need to go get ready. You stay with Sister Yu."

With that she hurried out of the room.

Watching Su Wan flee, Yu Xiaoxiao breathed a quiet sigh of relief.

She knew Su Wan was giving the two of them some alone time.

When Su Wan had arrived at her office earlier, she'd said she was off for two days and hadn't mentioned any job.

Clearly the "work" was just an excuse.

Her behavior was telling Yu Xiaoxiao she wouldn't fight or grab—she'd behave.

That secretly pleased Yu Xiaoxiao.

She had no idea what the future held, but for now things looked good.

If Yu Xiaoxiao could see it, Jiang Cheng naturally could too.

He didn't try to stop Su Wan from leaving.

Once she was gone, Jiang Cheng moved fast—three strides to the door, click, and the office was locked.
