Chapter 1936 - You're Wearing So Little

Seeing this, Jiang Cheng expressionlessly rolled up the car window.

Not because he was aloof.

Since there were no girls with him right now, he didn't mind people taking pictures.

Which man doesn't dream of owning a supercar?

If he were still in his pre-rebirth state, he might even snap a few photos if he encountered such a supercar.

The reason he rolled up the window was because the guy was taking a top-down shot.

This car already resembled a frog; he didn't want to be photographed as a frog prince.

Soon, the car arrived at the hillside villa area where An Xin lived.

From the foot of the mountain to the summit, there was a dedicated private road with 24-hour security patrols. Without the owner's permission, not even a fly could get in.

Jiang Cheng's car was stopped at the foot of the mountain.

A young man in uniform walked out of the security booth, habitually saluted first, then his gaze fell on the front of the pagani, and he froze for a full three seconds.

Usually, it was either a rolls-royce or a maybach coming here. Today, a high-profile supercar actually arrived.

"...Hello, sir, may I ask who you are?"

"An Xin."

"Miss An?" The security guard's expression clearly changed, and his tone became a bit more respectful. "Do you have an appointment?"

"Call and ask. Just say Jiang Cheng is here."

The security guard nodded and quickly returned to the guard post.

Thirty seconds later, he practically ran out, his expression now one of awe, as if he had "seen a real big shot."

"Mr. Jiang, Miss An said to let you go straight up. I'll open the gate for you."

The electric gate slid open silently.

Jiang Cheng stepped on the accelerator, and the pagani sped up the winding mountain road.

The night view from the mountainside was beautiful.

The lights of the entire Chengdu were visible, like a flowing river of stars.

The last time Jiang Cheng came to this place, it was morning.

Jiang Cheng parked the car at the courtyard entrance. Before he could even turn off the engine, he heard a surprised shout—

"Wow!!!"

A small figure rushed out from the courtyard.

Annie was wearing a pink nightgown.

On her feet were a pair of fluffy rabbit slippers.

Her hair was still a bit damp, clearly having just showered.

She ran to the pagani, practically lying on the hood, her eyes wide. "Jiang Cheng Daddy, is this your car?!"

Jiang Cheng got out of the car, looking at the little furball lying on the supercar worth tens of millions, and his mouth twitched.

"...It's not mine... I borrowed it from someone..."

Seeing that the car wasn't Jiang Cheng's, Annie's expression instantly changed, and the excitement on her face clearly vanished.

She walked around to the front of the car, staring at its alien spaceship-like front end.

"Why is this car so flat? It looks like a big frog lying down!"

Jiang Cheng: "..."

Alright, the pagani huayra, limited to five units, only three in the country, with a landing price of over forty million, was described as a frog by a five-year-old girl.

And he couldn't even refute it.

Because it really did look a bit like one.

Annie then ran to the back of the car, looking at the four exhaust pipes. "What are these holes for?"

Jiang Cheng replied, "For exhaust."

"Exhaust what? Do cars fart too?"

"..."

No sooner had Annie finished speaking than An Xin's voice came from the courtyard: "Annie, don't go near the car."

Looking at An Xin walking out, Jiang Cheng's eyes couldn't help but flash with a hint of brilliance.

She was wearing a black camisole, with thin straps hanging on her shoulders, revealing an exquisite collarbone and a slender neck.

The camisole was tight, outlining her body's curves. The neckline wasn't particularly low, but it certainly wasn't high either.

Her lower half was a pair of light blue denim shorts, reaching mid-thigh, revealing a pair of straight, fair legs.

She wore a pair of black stiletto sandals, about seven or eight centimeters high, which made the lines of her ankles look especially beautiful.

Her hair was loose, appearing a bit more languid than during the day, with slightly curled ends resting on her shoulders.

She wore a pair of golden hoop earrings that shimmered in the night.

She walked out of the courtyard, her stiletto sandals making crisp "tap-tap" sounds on the stone path.

She stopped at the doorway.

She looked at Jiang Cheng.

Her face still held that calm, indifferent expression.

But in her eyes, there was a trace of imperceptible nervousness.

Mainly because she noticed Jiang Cheng looking at her with an aggressive gaze.

As their eyes met, An Xin's earlobes quietly turned red.

Her gaze shifted slightly. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

Seeing her ask the obvious, Jiang Cheng deliberately remained silent.

He even took two steps forward, standing in front of her, scrutinizing her up close.

The black camisole made her neck appear long, and her shoulder and neck lines were incredibly beautiful.

The denim shorts made her legs look very long, and the stiletto sandals further accentuated the lines of her legs to the extreme.

Every time he had seen her before, she was in those custom-made suits, always impeccably dressed and elegant.

Although she looked very good.

But like this now, it's not bad either...

This contrast was truly exciting.

Jiang Cheng retracted his gaze, looking at her slightly flushed earlobes, and suddenly smiled. "An Xin."

He had deliberately called her Sister An at the airport today, but now he was calling her by her name again.

An Xin secretly sighed helplessly.

She silently cursed Jiang Cheng in her heart.

She admitted that Jiang Cheng was indeed very good at grasping her thoughts.

"Hmm?"

Seeing An Xin look straight at him, Jiang Cheng deliberately took another step forward. "You're dressed like this... I might really not be able to focus on playing tonight."

An Xin clearly didn't expect Jiang Cheng to say that, and her expression froze for a moment.

In an instant, the blush spread from her ears all the way to her neck.

She opened her mouth, wanting to say something.

But nothing came out.

Fortunately, Annie spoke up at this moment.

"Mommy, you're wearing so little."

Both of them looked down simultaneously.

Annie's eyes darted around, and she was looking up at An Xin with an intentionally innocent expression.

"But you don't usually dress like this," Annie tilted her little head. "My etiquette teacher says girls should dress appropriately."

An Xin choked.

"...What the teacher said is right. But tonight we're going out to play, so it's okay to dress a little differently."

Annie blinked, looked at the camisole An Xin was wearing, and then looked at Jiang Cheng.

Then she leaned close to An Xin's ear and said in a voice she thought was very quiet, but which everyone could actually hear—

"Mommy, did you dress so beautifully for Jiang Cheng Daddy?"

An Xin's face turned completely red.

Jiang Cheng was laughing so hard his shoulders were shaking.
