-Noa Ravel

Noa Ravel is the main character of the story, serving as a pillar for the Kingdom of Crimvane. Originally born as Noa Shinra, he shed his former identity and took the name Ravel after being adopted into a commoner family, a transition that marks the divide between his past life and his current path. He is capable of genuine evil behaviors, driven by a cold pragmatism and a "hidden desperation" to keep his world from breaking any further. To those like Roswell, his actions can seem entirely unreasonable or even cruel, but to Noa, these are simply the necessary measures of a teenager who refuses to be a victim of his circumstances again. He operates with a sharp, calculating edge, maintaining a deep, ironclad trust with Vionette through their shared pact, [A Match Made in Hell].

-Vionette Crimvane

Vionette Crimvane is the female lead, an earthling originally named Han Seoyeon who transmigrated into this world. Her personality is a perfect match for Noa's—equally uncompromising, "unreasonable," and driven by a hidden desperation to avoid being broken by their circumstances. While she lacks direct physical strength, she possesses immense power through the leadership of her entire team. Alongside Noa, she navigates the collapse of the kingdoms with a cold pragmatism, using her influence and their shared pact, [A Match Made in Hell], to protect their mutual dream at any cost.

-Lina Ravel

Lina Ravel is Noa's adoptive younger sister and the one who first reached out to him. Driven by a "thread of pity," she recognized a loneliness in him that mirrored her own grief after losing her father. Known for her unmatched cuteness and playful manipulation, she uses "puppy faces" to ground Noa and keep him bound to the family. She is the person Noa protects the most; her unconditional acceptance and "big bro" bond are the primary reasons he was able to shed his past and find a reason to smile again.

-Mara Ravel

Mara Ravel is the mother of the Ravel family and the woman who gave Noa a second chance. After finding him bloodied and broken in the slums, she offered him a home and a new identity. As the family's emotional anchor, she was the first to see his trauma as a reason for care rather than fear. By inviting him to take the Ravel name, she filled the "hollow barrel" of his soul, becoming one of the few people he truly trusts and feels a duty to protect.

-Elina

Elina is a red dragon who joined the group after a fierce battle that leveled the city of Cerma. Recognizing a shared "loneliness and madness" in her eyes, Noa offered her a place to belong where she could live freely. Despite her prideful nature, she is surprisingly soft-hearted, bonding deeply with Lina and often being left flustered by Vionette's affectionate head pats. No longer a wandering monster, she now serves as a powerful, if occasionally embarrassed, guardian of the group's shared dream.

-Kaelen Veythorne

Kaelen Veythorne is the Royal Knight Commander, known as the "Queen's Blade" of Crimvane. Born without a single skill, he reached the summit of swordsmanship through pure, ironclad will. His dream was forged the day a knight saved him from his burning home, teaching him that a true protector never runs while others are screaming for help. During a desperate battle against horrific experiments, Kaelen's sheer intent forced the world to yield, allowing him to manifest [Aura Blade] and [Blade Projection]. Unlike others, these aren't "skills" granted by fate, but the physical projection of his own soul. Now serving Vionette directly, he carries the impossible mandate to protect every soul in the kingdom, standing as a "protagonist" who proved that hope does not need a blessing to win.

-Lucien Blackmoor

Lucien Blackmoor is the Royal Envoy of Crimvane, a man whose "absurd luck" allowed him to survive Noa's blade twice. Originally a prideful and arrogant heir, he was brought to his knees after a failed attempt to cross Vionette. Instead of executing him, Vionette shattered his ego and offered him a second chance, transforming his hollow pride into absolute loyalty. He is the "dull stone" that Vionette polished into a weapon, proving that even a third-rate villain can become a vital asset when forged under the right pressure.
