Ren and the girls walked through the village streets, heading toward the Senju compound. This time, however, Naruto Uzumaki followed closely behind them, his curiosity practically radiating off him.
"So?" Naruto asked for what felt like the tenth time. "Who is it?"
Ren sighed deeply and rubbed his forehead. "Can't you wait a little longer and see for yourself?"
Naruto frowned stubbornly. "But I'm curious! Why not just tell me now anyway?"
Ren glanced back at him with an annoyed look. "Because if I tell you, it ruins the surprise."
Naruto puffed up. "That's not fair!"
"Shut up and follow," Ren muttered.
Just then, Ino Yamanaka suddenly climbed onto Ren's back with practiced ease and wrapped her arms around his neck. She leaned forward and pecked his cheek playfully.
"Still irritated?" she whispered teasingly.
"A little," Ren replied with a perfectly innocent face.
Ino giggled softly and rested her chin on his shoulder. Within seconds, Ren's annoyance faded completely. The girls had a talent for that.
Before anyone else nearby could notice the small moment of affection, Ren casually activated a subtle barrier genjutsu around them. To outsiders, the group simply looked like they were walking normally.
A few minutes later, Ren stopped in front of the large gates.
"Well," he said casually, "we're here."
They had arrived at the Senju compound.
The moment they stepped inside, a familiar voice greeted them.
"Why is this annoying brat here?"
Tsunade stood on the porch with her arms crossed, glaring directly at Naruto.
Naruto immediately puffed up. "Hey! I'm not annoying!"
Ren shrugged casually. "I thought Karin could meet another Uzumaki."
Naruto blinked in confusion. "Another… Uzumaki?"
Ren walked toward the hallway leading deeper into the compound. "Yeah. Wait here."
He called out toward one of the rooms.
"Hey, Karin! Someone's here to meet you!"
Inside the room, Karin was working with her mother and Shizune on some medical notes.
Karin looked up. "Another Uzumaki?"
Her eyes widened slightly.
"There are more Uzumaki?" Naruto asked from the entrance, completely stunned.
Ino rolled her eyes immediately. "What, you thought you were the only Uzumaki left?"
Naruto scratched his head sheepishly. "Well… kinda."
Ino smirked. "Nope. There are more."
Naruto blinked again, processing that information slowly.
"Does that mean… she's my family?" he asked quietly.
Ren nodded with a small smile. "You could say she's a distant relative."
Naruto's eyes lit up like fireworks.
"Really?!"
Before anyone could say anything else, footsteps echoed from the stairs.
A girl with bright red hair slowly walked down toward them.
Naruto's eyes immediately locked onto her hair.
"…Beautiful hair," he muttered under his breath.
Karin paused halfway down the stairs and looked at the blonde boy curiously.
Ren, hinata and Sakura walked to kitchen. Akari and Shizun were preparing food for everyone. Thay joined in helping them.
"Hay what about me ? " Ino came in. "Ino come help in cutting veggies. " Ren waved. Ino walked to him as both began chopping veggies.
Hinata and ino helped shizun and Akari. Soon the brakefast was ready. Thay moved dishes of food on dining table.
Karin and Naruto talked in hall. Tsunada was already on her seat on table. Ren rolled his eyes "no eating before everyone comes. "
Tsunada seluted dramatically "yes Sir" everyone laughed at her antiques.
Soon everyone arrived on table. And thay started eating. Naruto asked questions to Akari and Karin As thay answered. .
Naruto looked at them in horror "what you learn Fuinejutsu? Uzumaki are best in Fuinejutsu? " He looked at Tsunada "are we sure I'm Uzumaki? I don't have red hair. I don't have Fuinejutsu talent, i don't have the Uzumaki Kekegenkai"
Ren's and everyone's mouth twiched. Tsunada and Sakura hit him in head "you doumb brat you think Kekegenkai are that easy to awaken?"
"Oww but Karin and Aunt Akari have them " Naruto complained. Ren chukkeled "well thay are talented mother and daughter after all "
After dinner was over Naruto walked home. And karin was sent to Walk him back. "Why do i have to do baby sitting? " She complained.
Ren turned towards Sakura "well about your shopping trip i promised how about we go this afternoon? "
Sakura's eyes lit up instantly.
"Perfect."
Ino pouted "i wanna go toooo " ren ruffled her hair. "Next time my drama queen" she smiled. Hinata just shook her head in amusement.
The four of them walked back inside together.
