Back in her room, Rain had flashes of what happened between her and Florate and it made her blush hard.
She buried her face into her pillow and let out a loud squeak, looking obviously happy and flustered at the same time. However, her expression changed when she remembered that Lilith had not come to visit her.
Although she had earlier asked Florate to tell her, she was becoming worried over Lilith's nonchalance about her state of health but she really hoped Lilith had a very good reason and was not ignoring her intentionally due to lack of concern or anything of that sort at all.
'Or was she mad at her for not quitting the match on time like Florate was?'
She thought of possible reasons why Lilith would neglect her at this very sensitive point in time but she did not seem to come up with any.
"Humph," she breathed. She finally decided to let the thought go, settling on getting the answer from Lilith herself and she hoped within her that it would be a very valid reason. She just had to lie down and wait till she came.

Florate hastened his footsteps as he made his way to where Lilith was lying, her ward. He opened the door quietly realizing very late that he totally forgot to knock, maybe because he seemed it unnecessary—who knows?
He saw her on the bed lying down with her hands placed on her belly and her eyes focused on the ceiling. She was covered with the sheets which stopped at her chest and her head was supported with a pillow.
"Lilith?" he called lightly as he walked close to her but that didn't seem to get her attention as she didn't move at all.
"Lilith?" he called again, this time making himself comfortable on the seat close to her bed. He touched her arm quietly and that seemed to startle her. She turned to him in shock and that was when he noticed the dried and still flowing tears at the corners of her eyes. She had been crying, but why? What even happened to her in the first place?
"Lilith?"
"Florate," she tried to sit up and he helped her to, adjusting the pillow properly for her.
"How is Rain?" she asked as soon as she was comfortable.
"She is getting better and is asking to see you. How about you? I found you lying lifeless on the floor in your room and I need to know what happened to you. Did someone attack you?" he asked with serious eyes.
"I need to go see Rain, she is asking for me." She ignored his questions to talk of something else but Florate was determined to get an answer to his questions from her.
"No, Lilith," he objected sternly. "You will stay here and tell me what happened to you. Why did you collapse in your room? Were you attacked?"
"I would not like to talk about it, Florate," she answered calmly. "All I want to do now is handle my problems alone, it is not something I should involve you and Rain into. It is something really personal. I just hope you understand." She wiped her tears with the back of her palm.
"You of all people, Lilith, know that there is nothing like something personal within the three of us, especially when it concerns our well-being. Stop doing this to yourself and to us, Lilith, and just tell me what happened to you." Florate was not willing to let go easily.
Florate sounded really caring right now, and his words really got into Lilith's heart but she didn't know how to explain everything to them. She had hidden Andreas from them since they have been friends and never saw the need to open up to them about him since they could not see him after all. She alone knew of him and no one else.
Now how was she supposed to explain to the curious Florate before her right now that she fell in love with an imaginary friend she had kept with herself since she was five and he only left her just now because they couldn't be together and that was what was tearing her apart right now? She could not live or stay without him. They had been together for most of the years of her life and she wanted it to be till forever but their love was forbidden and could never be.
She knew she could not survive it, she was surely going to die soon. At this thought, she burst into sudden tears.
Florate was surprised at first but he knew very well what to do in cases like this. He stood from the chair and joined her on the bed, crossing his right arm over her shoulder and cuddling her to stop crying.
"It is okay, Lilith," he spoke to her softly. "Just calm down, tell me what the problem is. Why are you so bothered and pained?" he asked her with concern echoing in his voice and she could hear it loud and clear and it compelled her to tell him the truth, all of it.
He was her best friend, and she had to. Not just because they trusted one another but also because she needed all the help she could get right now to light up Gorgor for that was the only way she would be reunited with her prince, her alien Prince Charming, her Andreas.
She lessened her cry a bit before finally deciding to speak.
"Florate, I have this person I loved so much but he left me," she sobbed lightly.
"You were in love?" Florate looked surprised. He had no idea Lilith was in a relationship and he wasn't sure if Rain did. He doubted it because he was sure she would tell him if she had.
"And who is that? Why did he leave you exactly?"
"He has been my imaginary friend since I was five, Prince Andreas." …
