Chapter 243 - Plan Objectives

"Project Bunny, what target plans are currently in place? Let me hear them."

After the system upgrade, Project Bunny's manner of speaking had become much more human-like, no longer carrying that rigid mechanical tone. Moreover, she could now assist Vill-V with various trivial administrative tasks.

By simply inputting her requirements, Project Bunny could precisely sort and organize all objectives.

"Mr. Vill-V, Project Bunny will now present them to you."

"One: Find a method to awaken the human consciousness within a Herrscher."

The reintegration and return of the Herrscher of Reason's consciousness proved the feasibility of this approach. However, it lacked reproducibility. Vill-V could not awaken the human consciousness of other Herrschers by sharing the Herrscher Core of Reason with them.

Although Vill-V had gained control over the Herrscher of Reason, she had not undergone ascension. She knew how the Herrscher of Reason could ascend, but that would mean abandoning Planck and that Time Fragment world—something she would never do.

"Two: Find the existence capable of tearing off the Anti-Entropy Time Fragment world."

To save Planck and that world, she had to find that unknown existence and have it reattach the world.

Only then could Vill-V attempt ascension and become the complete Herrscher of Truth.

This was clearly a long-term goal, far beyond her current capabilities.

"Three: Obtain a living Herrscher Core. Combine the abilities of Su, Pardo, and Aponia to travel to the future and acquire power sufficient to change the situation."

This objective was closely tied to the second and was the key to solving it.

Come to think of it, I myself am a living Herrscher Core of Reason... and I'm even carrying a living Herrscher Core of Wind on me.

Although I could go find Aponia right now... sigh, I'd better fully research the Herrscher Core of Reason first.

"Four: Find a way to significantly enhance human physical capabilities."

To drastically improve human physical ability, Hua's family martial arts were insufficient. Those fanfiction claims about becoming a top-tier expert just by learning from Hua in the Previous Era were pure nonsense.

Hua's combat techniques came from MOTH's military boxing, thousands of years of accumulation, and the inspiration of SWARA fused together.

At most, her family martial arts only served as a reference during that process. Claiming they were inherently powerful was simply ridiculous.

Vill-V needed to obtain the training methods used by Azure Empyrea at that time. That was the only way for her physique to keep up with a Herrscher.

As for Kevin's training methods—those were simply impossible to replicate.

"Five: Expand the influence of the Mad Hatter Party and HoMu Network Technology Co., Ltd. to cover the globe, reaching the minimum threshold required to activate the Homu Project."

"Ha, this one's easy." Vill-V finally heard a goal that could be achieved in the near term.

"If I remember correctly, before I left this world, HoMu Company had already basically taken over the North American market, right? Using North America—the international hub—and Shenzhou—the largest market—as stepping stones, we can expand globally through trade organizations, economic alliances, and agreements. Reaching worldwide coverage within a year isn't a dream!"

"Mr. Vill-V, there is something I must inform you of."

"Hm?" Vill-V asked, "What is it?"

"HoMu Network Technology Co., Ltd. is currently facing a debt crisis, and the North American authorities are filing a lawsuit against it."

"What did you just say?" Vill-V slammed the brakes on Project Bunny's motorcycle, her eyes wide in shock. "My company is worth hundreds of billions—how is it suddenly in a debt crisis? Didn't someone even offer a trillion-dollar acquisition before?"

"Mr. Vill-V, HoMu Network Technology Co., Ltd. has not received any such proposal. Those were merely rumors."

"Project Bunny will now explain the litigation..."

"Keep it short."

"Understood. HoMu Company is facing a joint infringement lawsuit filed by multinational corporations."

"Infringement my ass—I'm the original creator! Original!"

Don't tell me miHoYo's legal department also time-traveled to this Previous Era? Instead of dealing with Honkai, they're sabotaging my business—this is outrageous!

"Among all patents, the biggest issue lies with the Honkai-specific drug HoMu Pellet. The patent is held by a European company based in Barcelona—Heliopolis Life Sciences."

Vill-V clicked her tongue. "I've never heard of any company producing a Honkai cure before. So the moment I publish one, you jump out and claim the patent?"

No need to think—this had to be manipulation by patent agencies. Tracing it further would undoubtedly lead to directives from higher levels of government.

However, HoMu Network Technology Co., Ltd. was no fool. Before securing the patent, they would never disclose the formula for the Honkai-specific drug.

Which meant that this so-called Heliopolis Life Sciences either had genuinely developed such a drug themselves, or had obtained the formula through some covert channel.

"Then have Zofia send the legal department to negotiate with Heliopolis Life Sciences. This kind of thing is pretty common in business, right? It can be handled legally. I refuse to believe we can't afford a top-tier legal team with assets like ours."

Not to mention hiring lawyers—many who had benefited from HoMu Company would willingly step in to help fight this lawsuit.

"It's not that simple." Project Bunny spoke in a mechanical tone. "The problem lies with Heliopolis Life Sciences itself."

"That company has a complicated background? Wait—'Divine City'... don't tell me it's located in Sky City?"

"No. Heliopolis Life Sciences is located in Barcelona."

"And what's special about Barcelona? Don't tell me World Serpent is there too."

"Barcelona is the site of the Fifth Honkai Eruption and is currently under full lockdown. Heliopolis Life Sciences has therefore suspended operations."

"Ha? So those North American groups are basically using someone else's sword to cut me? And I still have to deal with it?"

"That is correct, Mr. Vill-V. Their joint infringement lawsuit is intended to seek justice on behalf of Heliopolis Life Sciences, which cannot currently sue due to suspended operations. The court has accepted the case."

"This is completely absurd!"

"To respond to their lawsuit, you would need to travel to Europe and resolve the lockdown issue in Barcelona. Who even came up with such a ridiculous scheme?"

"Looks like I have no choice but to take a trip to Barcelona."

"There is one more matter you should pay attention to—GDO."

"GDO? What's that? First time I've heard the name."

"An international clandestine organization currently opposing the Mad Hatter Party. Its full name is Guardian of National Boundaries."

"Sounds pretty righteous, actually. 'Guardian of National Boundaries'? I suggest renaming it to 'Scientific Boundary,' and GDO to ETO."

Vill-V wasn't particularly interested in this obscure organization that had never appeared in the original storyline.

"It has another name you may find more familiar—Ninth Mausoleum."

Vill-V brought the motorcycle to a halt, falling silent.

"Are you sure? Weren't those pests already wiped out by me?"

"The Ninth Mausoleum is not a single organization. What you destroyed was merely one branch of it."

A surge of killing intent rose uncontrollably within Vill-V, but through mental partitioning, it was dispersed.

This was not entirely her own killing intent.

"Tch... stubborn vermin."

"Understood. The Ninth Mausoleum... must die!"

"Wait—if that's the case... MOTH... could it also be one of the Ninth Mausoleum's branches?"
