Energy flowed throughout Ken's body within seconds, making his veins clearly visible. It felt like he was on drugs, dopamine and an urge to fight caused him to rush forward, his speed so incredibly fast that it looked like he teleported in front of Raven.
Raven instinctively blocked most of his chest and stomach area by putting his arms in a defensive position but Ken did an uppercut, launching Raven into the ceiling of the sewer.
And before Raven could even recover or get his head unstuck from the ceiling, Ken grabbed his leg by jumping and slammed him into the feces covered ground. However, Ken didn't stop there as he sat on top of Raven and bombarded him with punches.
However, just as things were going well, Raven grabbed his neck, got up and slammed him into the sewer walls. "Just...who's blessing have you gotten..." Raven said, wiping the his own blood off his face.
"Well, It doesn't matter" Raven said after coughing blood. "It seems like your blessing has ended."
Raven looked at Ken, who despite taken less damage, was on the ground, unable to move due to the blessing's side effect. "Now, how should I torture you?" Raven whispered in his ear, taking out a puppet and slightly cutting it using his needle.
Ken screamed as he felt a level of pain he had never felt before.
"KEN!" Alex screamed, trying to move but he couldn't as all four of his limbs were cut off and he was massively bleeding.
"Elvis! Go!" Ken screamed, grabbing Raven's arm.
Raven looked around in a panic and saw Elvis dropping down into the sewers, rushing towards Alex to heal him immediately. Raven tried to stop her but Ken had grabbed his arm and wasn't letting go so in a panic, he cut off Ken's hand using the puppet and the needle.
But Raven was too late as Alex's limbs were all healed.
"Why did you three have to fight in here? The smell's not...pleasant" Elvis said, covering her nose with her hand.
"...thanks" Alex said before charging straight at Raven.
"Did he really say...thanks? He...has changed, it seems" Elvis said, her eyes widening in shock.
Alex appeared right in front of Raven but just as he was about to slash him...he noticed that he didn't have his sword...he had launched it towards Raven when he was fighting him, causing the sword to be a few hundred meters away, probably stuck in one of the sewer's walls.
However, it was too late as Raven punched him, causing him to be launched into the sewer's walls. "It seems that you had forgotten about your sword," Raven said. "This situation is quite troublesome but nothing I can't handle."
Alex got up, spitting the blood in his mouth and yelled. "Elvis! Get my sword. It should be straight from here."
Elvis hesitated but teleported, leaving no trace behind. Raven clicked his tongue but smirked in the very next second. "Why search for your sword when it is clear that I'll win? It seems that your brain hasn't healed yet."
Alex ignored him and launched a barrage of punches, though amateurish and imprecise due to Alex never fighting with his fists.
Raven dodged all of them with ease and was about to cut off Alex's head by using the needle to cut off the puppet's head but before that could happen, Alex grabbed his arm, making him unable to move it.
"Tch, how annoying" Raven said, shoving his knee into his stomach and then proceeding to grab his hair and move his face across the wall aggressively before launching him with a kick. "It seems that I don't even have to use my powers against you."
Just as Raven said that, Elvis teleported right next to Alex and handed him the sword. Instantly, his face turned more serious and focused.
Alex sheathed and unsheathed his sword in a fast motion and instantly, a large slash mark appeared on Raven's body that looked quite deep. "Wha?! You weren't this fast before...even with your sword!" Raven said out of pure shock.
Elvis meanwhile, kept a good distance and observed them. "Should I help Alex...? No, it is a good moment for him to get stronger even though, he did get stronger after awakening." Elvis then leaned against the wall and remembered something from her past.

She was sitting in front of Devenier, calmly sipping tea. Elvis looked up in the ceiling and asked Devenier something out of curiosity.
"How strong do you think is Alex?" Elvis asked. "And how strong do you think he'll become if he ever awakened?"
Devenier folded his hands together and for a small moment, was lost in thought. "Currently, he is the strongest grade 1 but if he ever awakened, which is obviously never going to happen, haha."
Devenier laughed for a few seconds and then continued. "But he does awaken, he'll at least be stronger then most special grades."
Elvis widened her eyes in shock, waiting for Devenier to say it was a joke.
"Though, if you want him to be even stronger, then you will have to make him angry. An awakened and angry Alex would probably even make me struggle a bit." Devenier said, before sipping his tea.

Elvis glanced at Alex. "He's probably angry right now since his friend is about to die and he's also awakened...It seems that I won't have to help him."
Suddenly, Elvis coughed up blood. "I used my healing powers a bit too much today...I won't be able to help that kid with glasses..."
Meanwhile, Alex appeared behind Raven, a blur afterimage being the only thing left behind. As soon as Raven noticed that he was gone, he immediately turned around but it was already too late as several deep slashes had appeared on his body.
"How can his attacks be so fast that I can't even see them?!" Raven wondered, taking out a puppet and about to slice it's head but before he could, Alex cut off his head before Raven could even react.
As soon as Raven's body fell to the ground with a hard thud, Alex didn't celebrate, he simply ran towards Ken and checked his pulse, he felt a sense of relief when he found his pulse, though faint. "Elvis! Hurry up and heal-" Alex stopped mid-sentence once he saw Elvis had fainted due to using his powers too much.
Alex then glanced at Ken, tears rolling down his face. "Alex...I don't want to die! I...am scared. What...will...happen to me...?"
Alex clenched his fists and looked towards the direction of Elvis, yelling at her. "Wake up, you bitch! Use your powers! Why did you faint at the worst possible time!"
Alex stopped himself from crying and simply pulled Ken into a warm embrace. "Don't worry...I am here. Nothing will happen to you."
Just then Alex noticed that Ken wasn't breathing anymore and his pulse was gone.
