Doomsday simply could not understand how the other man's strength had suddenly increased so much.
Viktor quickly healed all the injuries across his body with the ring. He touched the back of his neck, which had almost been torn off, and looked toward Doomsday.
Even though Viktor had attacked first, and Doomsday had taken that hit head-on, the badly damaged-looking monster was still basically fine.
It could even set up a strategy and launch a full counterattack.
This thing was unbelievably powerful in every way.
He even felt that if Doomsday were thrown onto Viltrum, it might actually destroy the whole planet.
"This is way too much. Those last few hits almost shattered my confidence."
He struggled inwardly for a brief moment.
Not far away, the ground suddenly exploded open.
Kara burst out, carrying the badly injured and unconscious Superman.
Flashpoint Superman, who had also been knocked away earlier, flew back and landed behind Viktor.
"This guy is very hard to deal with. None of us can beat him alone."
Flashpoint Superman said quietly to him.
Viktor didn't answer and only glanced in Rachel's direction.
Rachel helped Zatanna up from the ground and gave Viktor a thumbs-up from afar.
Viktor's mouth twitched, and he let out a helpless sigh. His eyes sharpened, and in an instant, he flashed to Doomsday's side.
A huge amount of fear energy rushed into his body, making his muscles bulge, with yellow-lit veins spreading from his neck to his face.
Doomsday raised his only remaining arm to attack, but Viktor caught it with one hand.
Then Viktor raised his other fist and threw a straight punch, smashing it hard into the center of Doomsday's face.
With only one arm and one leg left, Doomsday was in a miserable position.
The force of the punch knocked his head backward, and pieces of the armor on his face shattered and flew off.
Viktor wanted to keep attacking, but he suddenly let out a muffled groan and briefly pulled back from the fight.
He raised his left hand, and one of his yellow lantern rings had become extremely dim and then silently crumbled into dust.
It seemed that boosting himself for a short time to a level equal to Superman's came with a price.
He turned to look at the two young Kryptonians beside him, then fixed his gaze on Kara.
"Take Superman to get treated. He and I will hold this thing off for now."
Kara bit her lip.
She knew her cousin's injuries couldn't wait any longer. She nodded and carried Superman toward the rear.
A loud hum sounded in the sky.
Batman in the Batjet finally arrived at the battlefield, just barely passing by Kara as she left.
Of course, the Dark Knight was not reckless enough to jump down and fight the monster himself.
Instead, Batman contacted the two of them and brought them information that Deathstroke had just stolen.
"It was created by Luthor, codename Doomsday. But right now, it is still incomplete. Its high-speed evolution and self-healing ability depend on the Kryptonian genes inside its body, which absorb solar radiation."
Viktor clenched the fist that now had only four lantern rings left.
"That means we need to move the fight off Earth, right?"
Batman didn't answer.
He simply sent over a set of coordinates.
Flashpoint Superman, wearing his helmet, focused on the plan projected onto his visor, then relayed Batman's plan to Viktor.
"Take Doomsday to Ganymede, one of Jupiter's moons. That moon has an ice layer over a hundred kilometers thick, with extremely high-pressure liquid fluid inside. Maybe we can trap it there by completely cutting it off from solar radiation."
He nodded slightly at Flashpoint Superman.
The two of them moved at the same time, turning into a blur as they appeared beside Doomsday, who was now balancing on just one leg.
Viktor kicked from the side and below, making the furious and roaring Doomsday lose its balance.
Flashpoint Superman grabbed Doomsday's single leg while Viktor restrained its arm.
"Hold it steady."
The cannon docked in the Batplane's bottom bay fired a giant toxic dart.
It was obvious Batman had once again used a formula mixed with kryptonite powder from the green liquid inside.
The toxin dart, as thick as an arm, stabbed into the struggling Doomsday, trying to shake off the two of them.
As the dart steadily pushed in, Doomsday gradually fell into a half-dormant state amid unwilling roars.
After a few moments, Doomsday finally lost the fierce momentum it had just shown, and it stopped roaring.
Viktor and Flashpoint Superman held it down from the left and right.
The two carried Doomsday flying toward the sky and, under the Batplane's guidance, pushed it into space, continuously advancing toward deep space.
Doomsday would instinctively swing its one remaining arm, but Viktor could now suppress it easily.
Of course, Viktor wasn't in very good condition either.
After hearing faint whispers begin flooding into his mind, Viktor became somewhat restless.
Flashpoint Superman happened to see Viktor's right pupil turn into a yellow slit pupil.
"Hey! Are you okay?"
Hearing the words carried through the force field, Viktor turned his head back a little strangely.
Flashpoint Superman was somewhat shocked. He's certain he didn't see wrong just now.
"Those rings are affecting you."
"I know they're affecting me, but we have to deal with Doomsday. If we let this thing grow into its complete form, it'll be too late."
During the conversation, Viktor noticed Doomsday's eyelids suddenly twitch.
Gritting his teeth, Viktor shouted at the other two:
"Three people are too slow, I'll get it to Ganymede by myself!"
Flashpoint Superman wanted to refuse, but Viktor held Doomsday down with one hand and kicked Flashpoint Superman away.
"The farther you are from the sun, the weaker you get! You guys go back, heal Superman quickly, and send him to help me!"
Then Viktor grabbed the spikes sticking out of Doomsday's body with both hands and pushed the nearly awake Doomsday while continuously accelerating.
Doomsday, having adapted to both the Kryptonite and toxin, also abruptly opened its eyes.
Its previously damaged body had already healed more than half, but it still had not fully adapted to relying on solar radiation for power.
Since it couldn't get energy in the vacuum of space, Doomsday was still somewhat weak for the moment.
Doomsday tried to counterattack but simply couldn't break free from Viktor's grip at all.
As Doomsday kept roaring, the two of them rushed straight into the asteroid belt near Jupiter's orbit.
Viktor didn't bother dodging the drifting meteors. He simply used Doomsday as a shield and smashed straight through them.
After a few moments, they crash into Ganymede's 150,000-meter-thick ice layer.
