It had been a while since Evan last checked on her. Through the SoulBond he shared with her, he had access to her status screen at any time, but between everything that had happened over the past month, she had quietly slipped his mind.
That said, he already knew that Luna's growth in these early stages was far outpacing his own, and for good reason. Unlike him, who had to continuously accumulate ESS through hunting, Luna already carried the power within her. It had been awakening on its own, slowly, as the void corruption spread through her body.
For her, it was only a matter of time. Seeing her pull ahead of him wasn't surprising.
But Elite rank already?
That one caught him off guard.
"Heavens, what has that crazy woman been doing all this time?" he muttered as he immediately opened Luna's status screen.
