The prison door opened, and a masked CP0 agent walked in.
"Doflamingo, the Gorosei want me to ask you, do you want to get out?"
"Fufufufufu~" Doflamingo laughed maniacally. "Why would I want to get out? To see this absurd world?"
"The Celestial Dragons need your power. Rob Lucci, the leader of CP0, is dead. We need a new leader, and you, with Celestial Dragon blood, are the most suitable," the CP0 agent said expressionlessly.
"Fufufufufu, do you want me to go out and fight the monsters of the new era?" Doflamingo laughed.
"If you can do that, the Celestial Dragons will agree to your return to the Donquixote family."
