Ch:12
Gika looked at the white and blue sky. It was a little faded.
"Where are you Leon?" Gika said.
The college ground was full of students. Some were leaving, some talking, some playing. A light breeze blew.
Gika was searching for Yuni. Looking there and here. The boy from class, with the lizard tongue and skin, was walking ahead of Gika.
Aki looked at Gika once, his eyes directly landed on Gika's eyes. Gika was looking on Aki's eyes too.
Their eyes widened. Aki's lizard tongue started to poke out like a real lizard's, and his lizard skin appeared rapidly.
Gika's snake tongue tried to emerge as well, and his eyes began glowing light green.
Aki suddenly broke eye contact and left as fast as he could.
After leaving, he realized the uncontrollable state of his body had disappeared.
Gika released a long breath. Looked at ground for some moments. Then he continued searching Yuni.
Aki was leaving slowly.
**Classmate of Kai and Aki : Tarai~
He saw Tarai in front him. Like always his heartbeats speed up. He stepped once to Tarai but stepped back then.
He put his hands in his pants pockets and continued walking.
"Hey nerd!" a girl mocked from behind.
Aki looked at behind.
"Hey... Look. I have special skin!" the girl itch herself mocking Aki.
Aki ignored her and was about to continue walking the girl said.
"Oh... Nerd looks helpless without Kai"
Aki stopped.
Suddenly, the girl felt someone slept on her head from behind.
"Go to your home!" Finane said madly.
"Sorry president... "
"Get lost! How dare you mocking a boy?" Finane's eyes widened, and her teeth ground together.
The girl said nothing and left with a sad expression.
Finane smiled seeing the girl leaving.
"Good"
As Finane looked at Aki she saw that Aki had gone quite far.
Finane run to Aki. Put a hand on his right shoulder. Her face blushed a little.
"Hey... What about solar system project?"
Aki looked at Finane with a sad face.
"Good president... Its 76% completed"
"Well... I was Thinking we can complete it together tomorrow" Finane already started to strech her skirt down a little and her cheeks flushed even more.
"Ok president..." Aki spoke almost in a whisper, calm and steady. His voice trailed off slightly mid-sentence.
"Hey... Why you are so upset?" Finane asked so cutely.
"No... Not something like this..." Aki stopped for a moment " Bye president"
Aki leaved the colage ground. His face got ne reactions.
'Kai never coming for sevaral days. Should i visit him?' Aki thought.
He shaked his head. "No... No. If he gone to a vacation with his brother?"
The road was almost silent. Sometimes one or two cars roll. Sometimes the leaves of trees are moving a little for winds.
Aki looked at the trees. And then, he continues walking.
Yuni was inside her house. Talking with her friend on phone.
She just came out from bathroom taking a little shower. Warmth still leaving from her skin. Her hairs are covered with a towel. And she just wearing normal a shirt and a half pant.
Someone knocked fron behind main door. She looked at the door. Cutted the call saying goodbye to her friend.
She go to the main door and opened it.
Its Gika whose standing behind the door.
"This sh*t came again!" Yuni murmured seeing Gika. Instantly she shaked her head sometimes "No no... He saved me more than once"
Gika scratched his neck while looking at Yuni, trying to understand her behavior.
"Hey Yuni... Are you okay?" Gika asked softly.
Suddenly, Yuni's imagined world shattered. She jumped in surprise.
"N-noting..." She controlled herself and said "Why you came here?"
"Ah.. Yuni. I am sorry to say but, i dont have any home to stay in this town. So, i was thinking to..."
'Giving permission to a boy of living with me is risky right Yuni?' Yuni thought 'Shame on you! You dont know how to treat a good boy. You can just be weak in front of that sh*t head' She blamed herself.
Gika again just watched her as she looked down, lost in thought.
"I am sorry for disturbing... I should leave. Bye Yuni" Gika was already leaving. "Thanks for your time," he said, but Yuni saw no expression on his face, as if he didn't expect anything.
"H-hey Gika..." Yuni said loudly.
Gika turned to Yuni. "What?"
"Stop" Yuni stopped for a moment. Seen behind to a room. Then added turning to Gika "Come inside..."
Gika smiled. He entered Yuni's house.
As Yuni closed the main door she saw Gika standing bow.
"Thanks" Gika said greatfully.
"Woh... What type of thanks is it?"
Gika stood properly and smiled.
Yuni showed Gika his room. Gika was standing a little far from her.
"This is your room for tonight" Yuni said showing the room
"No... I dont need a room" Gika said calmly, though his tone carried weight.
'Why he's saying no? Is he want to do that thing with me?' Yuni thought 'But I can't argue with him now… Right, Yun? After all, being with this boy seems safer than with an old man'
"Ok..." Yuni said releasing breath.
"Thanks..." Gika said greatfully.
At night
Most of the lights of buildings are off. Yuni just lay on her bed.
'I dont know what will the boy do with me tonight' Yuni was Thinking.
Suddenly, she noticed Gika is gone. Then she noticed something in the dark corner of her room.
She focused carefully and noticed a small white snake. She screamed in shock.
The snake slithered beside her bed.
"Yuni... Dont be afraid... Its me. I think, you are feeling uncomfortable since i am here. So, i get this snake form" The snake stopped for a moment "Now you'll feel comfortable. And dont worry, i am good there" Snake added. Its voice was familiar—it was Gika's, but with a snake-like hiss.
"Oh... You are Gika." Yuni said, her voice was unstable "ok... Goodnight"
"Yes..." The white snake said.
Gika went to the corner and tried to sleep.
'Oh god! He's showing the creature power of him. The night will be bad' Yuni thought.
Yuni fully covered herself with the blanket and slept.
You wouldn't expect her to be thinking so negatively about Gika, would you?
A wolf circled Yuni's house continuously.
"Now i'll show you how to kidnap a ordinary girl. You dumb" The wolf said to someone.
The wolf wore an earpiece in its ear.
