Leno didn't even move.
He simply cast Shalria a cold glance laced with a trace of Conqueror's Haki.
Her voice cut off mid-sentence.
Her eyes rolled back.
She fainted on the spot.
Before losing consciousness—
Leno's icy, terrifying image carved itself deep into her mind… and into her very soul.
Leno spread his hands toward Kizaru.
"See? It's not that I wouldn't spare her. She just has a death wish."
Kizaru looked exhausted.
Still, he had no choice.
Golden light gathered between his palms as the Ama no Murakumo sword formed.
"Well~ I am a Marine after all~"
He took a stance, assuming a serious fight was inevitable.
But Leno waved dismissively.
"Forget it. Not interested today. We'll have plenty of chances to clash later."
He added meaningfully:
"Won't be long."
Kizaru blinked.
He didn't quite understand what "won't be long" implied.
But no fight?
Perfect.
Slacking is justice.
He immediately dispersed the light blade.
"Oh~ that's wonderful~"
Leno had originally planned to visit Shakky alone.
Now he had no choice but to bring the women.
They weren't yet capable of withstanding an Admiral's assault.
He led them toward Area 13.
Area 13 – Shakky's Rip-Off Bar
Inside, Shakky paused mid-polish.
Rayleigh, seated at the counter, slowly straightened.
They exchanged a glance.
Both faces turned serious.
Shakky exhaled smoke.
"Seems troublesome."
Rayleigh drained his glass.
"Yeah. Two serious monsters are heading this way."
Yet neither panicked.
This was the composure of the old era.
The door creaked open.
Leno stepped in with his crew.
The moment he entered, his eyes locked onto the smoking woman behind the bar.
Shakky.
As for the gray-haired old man beside her—
Silvers Rayleigh—
He ignored him entirely.
Old men didn't interest him.
His gaze lingered openly on Shakky's face… her figure…
Pure curiosity.
But to Rayleigh—
It felt like being publicly cuckolded.
He wasn't asleep.
He wasn't drunk.
And he certainly wasn't impotent.
Was he invisible?
Rayleigh set his glass down heavily.
"Kid. Your gaze is disrespectful."
Even Robin, Kalifa, and the others felt a twinge of discomfort.
So this is his type?
Is youth not enough?
Are we not varied enough?
Are we… inferior to her?
Shakky, however, smiled faintly.
At her age—
Still drawing the gaze of a powerful young pirate?
That was the highest compliment.
Leno waved lazily.
"You're overthinking it, old man."
His eyes remained on Shakky.
"I was just curious."
"The woman said to have sparked the God Valley Incident… the 'most beautiful woman in the world'…"
He tilted his head.
"Time really is merciless."
Robin and the others didn't understand.
Rayleigh and Shakky did.
Their expressions changed instantly.
Cold.
Sharp.
Leno's eyes flickered with satisfaction.
Of course he was provoking them.
His Conqueror's Haki required tempering against true monsters.
And that wasn't his only objective.
Suicidal?
No.
He had confidence.
Worst case?
He'd pull a Luffy and stand back up again.
Shakky spoke slowly.
"How do you know about God Valley?"
Leno ignored the question.
Instead—
He added fuel.
"By the way… is Boa Hancock your daughter?"
He stroked his chin.
"And the One Piece Roger left behind… what is it exactly?"
"Could it be… some kind of Shakky relic?"
Rayleigh slammed the table.
"Kid. That's enough."
A vast, oceanic Conqueror's Haki erupted from him.
At the same time—
Shakky's own Conqueror's Haki burst forth.
Two immense forces crashed toward Leno.
They intended to teach this arrogant rookie a lesson.
Retired didn't mean weak.
Golden Lion: Really? I don't believe that.
Leno grinned.
He unleashed his own Conqueror's Haki.
BOOM—
Three supreme wills collided inside the small bar.
Air twisted.
Bottles shattered.
The counter trembled violently.
Perona and little Alice fainted instantly.
Domino, Kalifa, and Robin paled, barely holding on.
Leno's Haki—
Under the combined pressure of two veterans—
Was forced back, compressed into a tiny space.
"Old monsters… you're the real deal."
Rayleigh's voice boomed through the clash.
"Kid. Knowing too much isn't healthy."
Shakky's tone turned icy.
"Did Garp tell you about God Valley?"
Leno stood firm under crushing pressure.
Instead of yielding—
He laughed.
Wild.
Exhilarated.
"Want to know?"
"Simple."
He enunciated each word.
"Kill. Me."
Rayleigh and Shakky exchanged a glance.
Fury flashed in their eyes.
Their Haki surged again.
They tried to extinguish Leno's final resistance.
His aura flickered like a candle in a storm.
Yet—
No matter how hard they pressed—
It would not vanish.
Under extreme pressure—
It condensed.
Sharpened.
Almost pushing back.
Rayleigh's pupils shrank.
"This kid's combat talent…"
"He's refining his Haki mid-clash?!"
Shakky's expression hardened.
"What kind of idiot brand is Garp?!"
"He expelled this monster from the Marines?!"
Leno felt it—
His Conqueror's Haki evolving.
Strengthening.
But—
Not enough.
Not nearly enough.
It didn't even satisfy his appetite.
Let alone the greed within his Devil Fruit.
The power granted by the Greed Statue…
Far surpassed the so-called most dangerous fruit—
The Dark-Dark Fruit.
Outside the bar—
Golden light shimmered faintly.
Kizaru stood at a distance, sensing the violent clash of three Conquerors.
He pursed his lips.
"Oh~ scary~"
"The younger generation… is terrifying indeed~"
