What was the use of being strong?
Having a powerful background—that was true strength!
Besides, with 200 times the effort, what Koby lacked was only time.
He was still young.
Leno looked at Koby's ignorant, courting-death expression and actually laughed from sheer anger.
Being forced into Impel Down because of such an idiot with laughable intelligence—
That was a stain on his Marine career!
Fortunately, he wasn't a Marine anymore.
That old fool Garp was truly blind in both eyes and heart.
"You've really got some nerve," Leno sneered, his gaze turning ice-cold.
The next instant—
Leno vanished from where he stood!
The smug smile on Koby's face froze. He only saw a blur flash past.
Then—
An irresistible force slammed brutally into his stomach!
"PUWAH—!"
Koby's body curled up like a boiled shrimp.
Shrimp: I entered a cosplay competition as myself and won second place.
His face flushed bright red as he folded in half and was sent flying backward.
He crashed into a crumbling wall with a dull thud.
Cracks spiderwebbed across the surface.
Already unstable, the wall trembled on the verge of collapse.
Koby hit the ground, his internal organs feeling as though they had shifted out of place. The agony made him curl into a ball.
He vomited up a mouthful of sour bile.
"KOBY!" Helmeppo shrieked in terror.
Leno didn't pause.
He stepped forward—
And reappeared before Koby, raising his foot and stomping down on the hand Koby was trying to push himself up with!
"AAAAH!!"
Koby let out a pig-like squeal.
The crunch of finger bones grinding was sickening.
"Admit your mistake? Plead for mercy?" Leno looked down at him, gradually increasing the pressure under his foot. "Trash like you… think you're worthy?"
"Where's your Rokushiki now?"
"Help! Vice Admiral Garp! Help me!!"
Koby finally snapped out of his delusional fantasy.
Faced with the terror of death, snot and tears streamed down his face as he screamed toward the execution platform.
No one told him Leno was this strong!
Wasn't he supposed to surpass Leno already?!
Garp, you got me killed!
Leno grinned viciously, grabbing Koby by the hair and yanking him upright.
His other fist clenched, coated in jet-black Armament Haki.
Without mercy, he drove it straight into Koby's face!
BAM!
The crack of a shattered nose was unmistakable. Blood sprayed everywhere as Koby's face exploded in crimson.
"That punch was for being stupid without realizing it."
BAM!
Another fist slammed into his abdomen.
Koby's eyes bulged, bile spilling from his mouth.
"That one was for running your mouth."
Leno delivered punch after punch, deliberately avoiding fatal spots.
But each blow carried a hint of fracturing force, amplifying the pain.
Koby screamed relentlessly, completely unable to fight back.
Soon he was a blood-soaked mess, barely breathing.
Helmeppo had long since gone stiff with fear.
Collapsed on the side, unable to move.
Seeing Koby on the verge of being beaten to death, a cold glint flashed in Leno's eyes.
He calculated the timing precisely—
And delivered one final brutal kick to Koby's chest!
"Scram, trash!"
Too early for him to die.
Koby flew like a torn sack, trailing a streak of blood in a perfect arc.
He landed heavily near the center of the battlefield—not far from the execution platform.
His body twitched twice.
Then went still.
Not dead—but close.
This sudden scene drew the entire battlefield's attention.
Whitebeard paused mid-attack.
On the execution platform, Sengoku and Garp snapped their heads around.
The Warlords in combat glanced over.
Even Kizaru, who had been slacking, and Akainu and Aokiji in fierce battle, hesitated momentarily.
"Isn't that… Vice Admiral Garp's disciple?"
Koby lay there like a dead dog.
"KOBY!!!!" Garp roared, veins bulging. "Who did this?! I'll tear you apart!!"
Seeing Garp so furious, Ace froze for a moment.
When he was captured, he hadn't seen Garp this enraged…
So this grandson… really was the true grandson.
Ace lowered his head and said nothing.
"I did it. So what?" Leno stepped forward into full view.
And not just Leno.
The women behind him emerged one by one.
An invisible BGM seemed to rise.
The Leno Pirates—officially entered the battlefield!
At the forefront stood Leno, calm and composed.
To his left, eyes cold, the former Impel Down Chief Jailer—"Prison Flower" Domino!
To his right, arms crossed, the "Devil Child" Nico Robin!
One step behind, adjusting her glasses with a composed expression—the former CP9 agent, "Bubble Lady" Kalifa!
Floating at low altitude with a playful smile—the Ghost Princess Perona!
Eh?
Who's that bespectacled little girl?
Well~
Who knows?
Maybe a pet or a maid?
Little Alice puffed her cheeks angrily. "What's that supposed to mean?! Why am I the only one without a title?! That's discrimination! Absolute discrimination!"
No one paid attention.
Almost every gaze locked onto Leno.
"LENO!!" Sengoku roared furiously.
Garp stared at the barely breathing Koby on the ground, his face dark as iron, fists clenched so tightly they crackled.
"You bastard! You're courting death! How dare you treat your junior like that!"
Leno looked up at the furious Garp and felt… rather satisfied.
The more upset Garp was, the better he felt.
A mocking curve tugged at his lips.
"Junior? My teacher died a long time ago. And I don't have juniors who hide in corners of the battlefield trembling like trash."
His voice wasn't loud—
But the battlefield had grown quiet enough for everyone to hear.
"Though maybe it's not my place to say," Leno's gaze swept across the Marines.
"But as a Marine, on a battlefield—not killing pirates, not rescuing comrades, just hiding…"
He clicked his tongue.
Then pointed at the unconscious Koby.
"I can only say… as expected of the 'hope of the Marine future' you old geezer picked. Such~ hope~ indeed~."
The words detonated like a bomb among the Marines.
Whispers spread instantly.
"Is that true?"
"Koby?… I really didn't see him fighting…"
"That's the Marine Hero's disciple?"
"How disappointing!"
"Shut up!!!" Garp roared, leaping to his feet.
Veins throbbed on his forehead. "My disciple is not that kind of man!"
"Oh? Is that so?" Leno spread his hands innocently.
"Feel free to ask around. Who saw Koby fighting?"
The Marines looked at each other.
No one had.
Sengoku realized immediately that Leno couldn't be allowed to continue.
Marine Hero Garp was a pillar of Marine morale!
There could be no stain on that symbol.
He had to restore their image—now.
"Bastard!" Sengoku bellowed. "A traitor to the Marines dares to slander our honor! You're courting death, brat!"
Before his words even finished—
Conqueror's Haki burst forth, crushing toward Leno!
BOOM—!!!
A terrifying surge of supreme willpower exploded from Sengoku, bearing down directly on Leno.
He would use Leno's life to shift the narrative.
Facing the overwhelming pressure—
Leno merely curled his lips, excitement flickering in his eyes.
"Old man, whether it's true or not—you know in your heart."
As he spoke—
An equally formidable Conqueror's Haki erupted from him!
The two torrents of supreme will collided violently in midair!
