Chapter 86 - The Sneaky Cat Robin!

Seeing how unanimous the others were—

Domino's face showed clear hesitation.

She stared at the remaining half of the fruit in her hand.

After a moment of internal struggle—

Her expression turned solemn, almost heroic.

With trembling fingers, she raised the rest of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit back toward her lips…

But just as it was about to touch—

She stopped.

The smiles on the other women's faces froze.

Domino slowly lifted her head.

The slight "naïve" look in her eyes vanished.

In its place was a look of utter disdain.

The kind that said:

I've already seen through all of you.

"Hey, hey, hey!" Domino put her hands on her hips and glared at Robin and the others.

"You really think I don't know how Devil Fruits work?"

"One bite is enough! You were trying to trick me!"

The room filled with disappointed sighs.

"Tch… she saw through it," Perona pouted.

"Failed, huh," Robin smiled lightly, completely unfazed.

Domino proudly lifted her chin.

"Hmph! Trying to fool me? You're still too green!"

She decided not to bother with these wicked women who just wanted to see her embarrass herself.

Instead—

She would test her new power.

Taking a deep breath—

She recalled Whitebeard's posture when he used his ability.

And sure enough—

Standing on the shoulders of predecessors really did make things easier.

She clenched her right fist.

A white halo of energy enveloped it.

Her eyes sharpened.

With a crisp shout—

She punched toward the empty air beside her.

Crack—!!!

The familiar sound of shattering glass rang out!

At the point where her fist struck—

The air fractured like a spiderweb of cracks!

The scale and intensity were nowhere near Whitebeard's level—

But there was no mistaking it.

It was the Tremor-Tremor Fruit splitting space itself.

"I did it!" Joy flashed across Domino's face—

But in the next instant—

An intense wave of weakness crashed over her.

As if her body had been hollowed out.

It felt even worse than sparring with Leno.

She immediately withdrew the ability, breathing heavily.

"It… it consumes too much stamina…" she panted.

"This power still needs development… that's all I can say for now."

Leaning subtly against Leno—

A faint, triumphant smile flickered across her face.

She was genuinely exhausted.

But she wasn't about to miss the chance to lean in a little.

Fortunately—

No one was paying attention to her anymore.

All eyes had turned to Ailiche.

Having witnessed Domino's experience—

Ailiche was extremely cautious.

Not one bite more than necessary.

She gathered her courage and took a small bite.

The fruit melted instantly in her mouth.

And yes—

It was absolutely revolting.

"Ugh—!"

Before she could even finish gagging—

A sudden change occurred!

A dazzling blue light enveloped her entirely!

Under everyone's astonished gaze—

Her body rapidly elongated and transformed within the glow!

When the light finally faded—

Standing there was no longer the petite, bespectacled shipwright.

Her figure had grown tall and elegant, radiating youthful charm.

Her simple clothes were replaced by flowing garments formed from energy and fine, shimmering scales.

Not flame clouds—

Something else entirely.

Her ears lengthened into elegant points.

Her once-bright eyes deepened into mesmerizing ocean-blue.

Her long hair floated without wind, dotted with starlike sparkles.

And behind her—

Massive wings unfurled.

Part mermaid—

Part winged being.

Ailiche slowly opened her azure eyes.

Information naturally surfaced in her mind.

She parted her lips.

Her voice was ethereal and melodic.

"Zoan-type… Fish-Fish Fruit… Mythical Beast Model: Siren."

She was currently in her full Siren form—gorgeous and powerful.

Her hybrid form was simpler—

Delicate scales faintly shimmered across her skin.

Her ears remained pointed.

Wings extended from her back.

For now—

Her full transformation felt more natural to her.

She deactivated the ability, returning to her small, glasses-wearing shipwright form.

Her cheeks were flushed with excitement.

"This fruit fits me perfectly!" she said happily, adjusting her glasses.

The other women stared at the breathtaking Siren form she had just displayed.

Unconcealed envy flickered in their eyes.

"So pretty…" Perona muttered, clutching Kumacy.

Whether it was stronger or not—

It was undeniably beautiful.

As for growth potential—

No rush. Ailiche was still young.

The women exchanged glances.

Smiles spread across their faces.

Heh heh heh.

Leno walked over and patted Ailiche's head.

"It's a great ability. But develop it properly, understood? At the very least, you must have the power to protect yourself."

"Yes, Captain!" she nodded firmly.

Sooner or later—

He'd need to test whether this fruit was waterproof.

At minimum, she shouldn't drown in the sea.

With the Devil Fruits distributed—

It was time for dinner and rest.

Dinner was uneventful.

Other than Leno—

No one could out-eat Bonney.

Night fell.

After Leno closed his eyes—

A slender figure quietly slipped into the room.

It was Robin.

She glanced at the deeply sleeping Domino.

A faint smile curved her lips.

As everyone knew—

Exercising before bed improved sleep quality.

Especially after Domino had just obtained the Tremor-Tremor Fruit.

You understand.

If it were anyone else—

They might have fallen into the abyss.

Fortunately—

Leno's willpower was strong.

Robin activated the Flower-Flower Fruit.

Several slender arms sprouted delicately—

Carefully lifting Domino—

And carrying her smoothly out of the room.

The entire operation was flawless.

Not a single sound.

Clearly rehearsed many times.

Then—

Robin took Domino's place.

In truth—

Leno had opened his eyes the moment Robin entered.

He silently watched the entire sequence.

Facing his curious gaze—

Robin showed no embarrassment.

Instead—

She smiled gently.

With a hint of mischief.

Then she used her ability again.

On the empty floor nearby—

Petal-like arms bloomed and intertwined.

Within seconds—

A perfect duplicate of Robin stood before Leno.

As everyone knew—

Everything experienced by her clone would be transmitted to the original.

And Devil Fruit powers could only replicate body parts.

As for clothes…

That night—

Was anything but peaceful.

The Next Morning

Domino woke up in a completely unfamiliar room.

She stared at the surroundings in confusion.

Then—

Realization hit.

"ROBIN!!!"

She shot upright, fists clenched.

Confirming it was Robin's room—

She instantly understood what had happened.

She had been swapped out!

That dark-hearted woman had replaced her!

Fuming—

She dressed and stormed toward Leno's room.

Right as she arrived—

Leno stepped out, stretching lazily, looking refreshed.

Domino suppressed her anger.

If you wanted it—

It wasn't like she'd refused.

So why sneak around?!

After Leno left—

She quietly slipped inside.

Robin was still asleep.

Her complexion slightly fatigued.

Sleeping deeply.

Seeing Robin's even more "devastated" state—

Domino's anger strangely lessened.

A bit of schadenfreude crept in.

Serves you right.

She left quietly instead of waking her.

But this wasn't over.

Domino mentally wrote Robin's name into her little black notebook.

Next time…

The next time they trained together against Leno…

Heh heh.

And no—

Don't get the wrong idea.

Just fruit development and combat experience training.

Meanwhile—

Leno, already walking away, had seen Domino.

He wasn't worried.

This little "competition" was harmless.

He knew Domino wouldn't cause a scene.

Still—

After Robin's visit—

He could feel something.

The sealed demonic statue within his body—

Which had gone dormant last time—

Had loosened further.

Even more than after Domino's.

"This time…"

"What will I gain?"
