We just left King Kai-sama's place.

"Goku should be fine, right?" Supreme Kai smiled with difficulty and asked. "After all, Goku's current strength shouldn't be too different from mine... No matter how much Frieza's strength has increased, how strong could he be?"
Old Kai didn't want to talk anymore.
