Olivia's pupils contracted to the size of needles when she saw the huge fire dragon hovering above. She felt a chill run down her spine when, for a second, she thought the dragon had looked in her direction. This was the first time she had felt such terror in her life. The only other time she had felt this much fear was when she had been kidnapped as a child years ago. Just like back then, she was now helpless in the face of such overwhelming power.
"At least the civilians have been evacuated," Olivia's eyes narrowed as she thought this, and she could tell that if the fire dragon attacked, a large part of the city would be wiped out.
She looked to her side and saw Rachel and Andrew unconscious. She slapped both of their faces and shouted, "Hey, wake up quickly!"
Seeing that they didn't react, she coated her hand with a thin layer of ice and slapped them hard again.
