"Could it be… a Super Saiyan?" the Grand Elder suddenly realized, his expression changing.
"Yeah, Dad calls it Super Saiyan," Gohan nodded.
"I never imagined Mr. Son Goku would become a Super Saiyan… truly incredible," the Grand Elder sighed in amazement.
"Super Saiyan… the strongest warrior in the universe," Nail muttered.
"It's just so-so," Kibito said calmly with a shrug.
"In front of gods, Super Saiyans aren't that special."
On Namek, Frieza shot into the air and stopped directly in front of Goku, his face dark.
"Son Goku… I really underestimated you," Frieza said coldly, hatred burning in his eyes.
"Same here," Goku replied with a grin.
"Warm-up is over. Let's get serious," Frieza snorted.
"Agreed," Goku nodded.
They locked eyes.
Frieza's gaze was filled with rage.
Goku's expression was calm—almost cheerful.
After that exchange, he felt his strength recovering even more.
He was close to forty percent of his peak now.
Honestly, he almost wanted to thank Frieza.
Without him, he wouldn't have improved this fast.
"You prefer ground combat, don't you?" Frieza said, pointing toward a massive landmass below.
"Yes," Goku replied.
They descended together.
"Be careful now, Son Goku. I'm getting serious," Frieza laughed.
"I'm looking forward to it," Goku smiled.
"Prepare to be shocked!"
Frieza's body suddenly changed.
In an instant, he transformed into his second form, growing tall and imposing.
Goku: "...?"

I thought he was about to do something huge.
Still… if his first form was that strong, his second must be even stronger.
"Well? Impressed?" Frieza smirked, rubbing his nose.
Goku remained calm.
"You're being way too calm. It's annoying!" Frieza snapped.

"You… when did you learn to become a Super Saiyan?" Frieza stammered in disbelief.
"Looks like you really forgot," Goku chuckled.
"Didn't we fight on your planet before?"
Frieza rubbed his head in confusion.
We fought… on my planet?
So Planet 79 was destroyed because of him?
And… I died back then?
That's why I was reborn here?
But… how is that possible?
Why did he become a Super Saiyan so early?!
"I really underestimated you," Frieza growled.
"Frieza, I gave you a chance," Goku said calmly.
"You shouldn't have come to Namek."

He charged forward.

The boulder collapsed, burying Frieza.
But moments later, Frieza burst out and rushed back in.

The two clashed again in midair.
In the Supreme Kai Realm, everyone was stunned.
No one expected Frieza to still have more forms.
And even after transforming, he could still fight Super Saiyan Goku head-on.
"T-This… is this his real power?" Krillin trembled.
"He's terrifying… worthy of being the Emperor of the Universe," Yamcha sighed.
