Daniel grabbed the paper from the table.
At first, he looked confused.
Then his face slowly changed.
"What is this?" he asked.
Victor stepped closer and read the top line.
Then he looked at me in shock.
"You transferred the property."
Gasps spread through the room.
Daniel's voice turned sharp.
"To who?"
I folded my arms.
"Not to you."
Nora rushed forward.
"Give me that."
Daniel pulled the paper away from her.
Then he read the name out loud.
The room froze.
"Charity foundation?"
I nodded.
"Yes."
Daniel looked like he might explode.
"You gave it away?"
I smiled slightly.
"You said revenge takes time."
Silence.
"So does planning."
For the first time since this nightmare began…
Daniel looked completely powerless.
But the injured man suddenly spoke again.
And what he said changed everything.
"Then you still don't know the real truth."
