Chapter 50 - OPHK: Chapter 50

In later generations, some have praised Roger as possessing the strongest Observation Haki in the world—able to hide himself and detect hidden enemies effortlessly. While CP0 is not weak, in this regard, they are completely no match for Roger.

"Earlier, the CEO of CP7, Bleared, came looking for you. How is he doing?" the leader of CP0 asked.

"Who knows? I've killed so many recently, I can't even remember them all," Grimm replied casually—of course, he was already dead, just teasing the CP0 agents.

"Eh, forget it. Such things don't matter now. We're here to take you with us. That's the order from the government!"

"And if I refuse?" Grimm countered.

"The government's orders are to capture you alive, but that doesn't mean they have to do it unscathed!"

The meaning was clear—alive was enough, even if they had to beat him half to death and drag him back.

"Hahaha… As expected, government folks really dislike me. That's just perfect. The Holy Light won't show mercy to you!"

Grimm stepped forward, pulling out the Ashbringer, and said to the three CP0 agents, "That's right. How else could it be? Come on, you three government lapdogs!"

"Hahaha, interesting things are happening! Watch closely, Red-Haired Boy!" Roger sat on the high tower, laughing loudly. Shanks next to him stretched out his eyes, eagerly watching the scene below.

As the most direct secret agency under the government, CP0 naturally possessed unparalleled combat power—especially at the high officer level.

Even the low-level agents of CP0 wear black suits; only those at the officer level wear white, symbolizing authority, and they also wear masks. But the masks are divided into different grades.

Though it's uncertain whether they're the same group as the future CP0 of decades later, the three people Grimm is facing now are not easy opponents.

They've all mastered the Marine Rokushiki to perfection, and can tailor their own modified Rokushiki techniques based on their physique and combat style.

Shanks, watching the fight, was most shocked by the tallest of the three—a giant at least six meters tall, dragging a long robe. If he's seen Moonlight Moriah before, he'd easily associate the two.

Such an exaggerated physique, with movement speed not inferior to Jabba, the main combatant of Roger's crew—basically an elephant's body with a leopard's speed.

"Captain, you said before that Grimm's weakness is that his head can't heal once injured, right?" Shanks asked suddenly during the fight.

"Yeah, it's not that it can't heal, but probably there's some restriction," Grimm replied.

"But I don't see him guarding his head during the fight!" Shanks, though young, wasn't lacking in insight. He could tell that Grimm was attacking without holding back, with no defense at all, including his heart.

In truth, Roger had already figured this out himself.

He found it strange too.

When he fought Grimm, no matter how they fought, Grimm always protected his head. No matter where he was injured, his head could never be hit.

Although the three CP0 agents weren't as strong as him, they were three against one, so they should be protecting their weak spot properly. But Grimm was instead not defending—what the hell was going on?

"Black Gallen·Storm Leg!"

The tall giant suddenly swung his right leg with great force, unleashing a black gale kick that swept toward Grimm like a sword aura.

But Grimm didn't retreat a step—instead, he charged forward desperately! Forward! Forward! Never backing down.

Swish! Swish! Swish!

The pure white blade, Judgment, and Holy Light Spear were all swung out simultaneously.

The attacks interwove. Under the massive gale kick, Grimm's body was sliced in half at the waist, but before his lower half could fall to the ground, a strand of holy light linked him and restored his body to its original state.

"No matter how many times I see it, I can't help but be amazed!" Shanks exclaimed. "The power to restore any injury!"

On the other side, facing Grimm's series of attacks, the giant couldn't dodge in time. But since they had three people, the leader immediately stepped in front of the giant, crouching slightly: "Pistachio·Iron Body!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Grimm's attacks seemed to hit an indestructible steel—explosive collision sounds erupted. No, more than that, the opponent's body was even harder than ordinary Armament Haki, almost like steel.

"No wonder this monster has the government's high attention. It has regenerative abilities, can be cut in half, and even if its heart is blown apart, it's still fine!"

The leader's mouth behind the mask moved slightly, and his voice transmitted to his two subordinates: "If that's the case, then there's only one place left—the head!"

"Wait, sir! What if we kill him?" one four-meter-tall agent asked. "Both Vegapunk and the government have ordered to capture him alive!"

"No problem. I have a special method to keep him alive," the leader said coldly. "Attack his head..." The three dispersed again, preparing to strike.

But Grimm had already perceptively overheard their conversation. In front of him, trying to whisper secretly was impossible.

Not even a mosquito's buzz was that quiet—just a movement of the lips, and Grimm would know what you're saying. Unless you're on another island outside the sea, sensing someone was effortless for him.

"Interesting things are coming. Watch closely, Red-Hair Boy!" Roger said with a smile.

"Huh?" Shanks was stunned. He heard Roger say again, "They're going to attack Grimm's head! Yesterday, I blew Grimm's head apart, but he didn't seem to be affected. I wonder if this CP0 group will have any gains!"

"Then we'd better watch carefully!" Shanks nodded seriously.

In the middle of the battlefield, watching the direction of their attack, Grimm suddenly smiled: "Oh, has the attack trajectory changed? Trying to take my life?"

Grimm stabbed his greatsword into the ground, and countless golden blades shot out from the ground, stabbing toward the three enemies.

But their speed was clearly insufficient. The three didn't retreat, instead dodging these long swords with the smallest movements and charging straight at Grimm.

"Attack!" The leader's hand reached out from his robe, while the other two revealed their feet and claws.

"Storm Leg!"

"Finger Gun!"

Two big guys' attacks targeted Grimm's limbs. Even Roger wouldn't dare to ignore such hard attacks, but Grimm didn't block directly. Instead, it was as if he couldn't see the attacks, rushing toward the one firing the finger gun—first choosing one target.

"Really going for the kill!"

Seeing this, Roger smiled. CP0's identity wasn't simple. Even though he hadn't fought these guys directly, he fully understood how troublesome they were.

This was an official organization directly under the government. Even showing a hint of hostility could get them branded enemies of the World Government.

So, missions for CP0 agents rarely involve sacrifice. Especially those in white suits—high-ranking officials—just showing their face could scare people half to death. That's also why their strength has been gradually declining!
