Chapter 115 - OPHK: Chapter 115

Two days later, Kong sat with his hands clasped on the desk. Opposite him, an officer stood reporting, "Reporting, according to intelligence, Grimm and Whitebeard are still fighting. More and more of Whitebeard's subordinate pirates are converging on the Lublub Sea. It's likely the Whitebeard Pirates' captains contacted them!"

"In that case, wouldn't Grimm be at a severe disadvantage being alone?"

Standing on the other side of the office, a Vice Admiral in a blue suit and hat said, "He's in a desperate situation, having to fight Whitebeard and be surrounded by his subordinates?"

"No!" the officer continued.

"The other two members of the Holy Light Pirates, Scourge of the Sea Plank and Frost Witch Jaina, have already encountered the Whitebeard Pirates and are engaged in a fierce battle in the sea west of Lublub!"

"Two people against the entire Whitebeard Pirates?" Kong asked incredulously. "What's the situation now?"

"The sea within a radius of tens of kilometers is completely frozen. It's foggy inside, and a massive blizzard has started. Nothing can be seen. It's likely… they are engaged in a fierce battle!" the intelligence officer replied.

Upon hearing this, everyone couldn't help but fall into thought.

Two seconds later, Sengoku spoke first, "Grimm and his Holy Light Pirates are too powerful. We must find a way to eliminate them…"

Sakazuki also chimed in, "Fleet Admiral, we in the Navy absolutely cannot stand idly by. Justice will prevail! Allow me to…"

Knock, knock, knock!

Just then, there was a knock on the door. Kong ignored Sakazuki's question and motioned for the person outside to enter.

A Marine Rear Admiral entered. Judging by his uniform, he was an intelligence courier.

"Fleet Admiral, we have the latest intelligence regarding the Roger Pirates. The World Government demands that we temporarily set aside all other matters and focus our full efforts on searching for the Roger Pirates!"

"What?"

Everyone in the room was shocked. Even Fleet Admiral Kong hadn't anticipated such an order. What was the World Government up to?

"What exactly is going on?" Kong asked, crossing his arms, his expression grave.

The Rear Admiral who delivered the message stepped aside. At the same time, several people in white suits and iron masks entered from outside the door.

Upon seeing the newcomers, the high-ranking Marines in the office immediately changed their expressions.

CP0?

What had happened? They had actually alerted CP0? And judging by the earlier order, it wasn't just a simple message.

What had happened to warrant such a high level of concern?

"Fleet Admiral Kong, as stated earlier, all of the Navy's operations in the New World must now be concentrated on the Roger Pirates. Other matters can be temporarily set aside, including the battle between Grimm and Whitebeard," a CP agent of normal height, whose mask covered the upper half of his face, said calmly.

"Explain it all at once, CP!"

Although they were a direct agency of the World Government, he, as the highest representative of Marine Headquarters, could not let the Navy's prestige falter.

Whether the CP0 agent genuinely didn't want to argue with Kong or if the situation was truly that urgent, he was too lazy to waste words and directly replied: "Roger previously landed on an ancient ruin island called Concordia!"

Concordia?

The younger Marines present showed expressions of confusion, while older Marines like Kong immediately understood CP0's meaning. They had also signed documents related to the operation that destroyed Concordia.

It was a nation suspected of harboring information crucial to the World Government's establishment, and it was annihilated.

After its destruction, it became a wasteland, completely erased from the map. To avoid appearing guilty, the World Government hadn't stationed any Marines there.

Therefore, any Marine who wasn't old enough or experienced enough wouldn't know what "Concordia" was.

CP0 continued his explanation: "We re-investigated the Roger Pirates' routes over the past few decades and discovered that places suspected of harboring historical ruins have all been visited by the Roger Pirates during these years. Concordia was the last one!"

The others listened, feeling bewildered, not understanding what this scoundrel from the government was babbling about. Only some of the high-ranking Marines understood the implications, and their faces showed unprecedented seriousness.

Kong slammed his hand on the table. "You're saying the Roger Pirates have already…"

"It's entirely possible!"

CP0 nodded and turned halfway around. "Next, this is content that absolutely cannot be leaked. Please proceed to meet with the Five Elders of Mary Geoise."

With that, he turned and left the office.

All eyes in the room immediately focused on Kong. He crossed his arms, closed his eyes, and remained silent for a long time. Then, he slowly opened his eyes and said, "Notify Marine Branches G1 and G5 in the New World. Mobilize all Marine fleets and concentrate our efforts on the Roger Pirates."

"Yes!"

Everyone in the room snapped to attention and saluted.

They were all Marines who had reached their positions through the most rigorous selection process. They knew what questions to ask and what not to ask.

If CP0 called it a top secret, why would they ask? Wasn't that just asking for death?

...

However, it was indeed four days ago that the Roger Pirates had landed on Concordia.

They were led there by a new crew member of the Roger Pirates, a man named [Jerinos Mogukumen].

This swordsman joined the Roger Pirates in Water Seven in the first half of the Grand Line in the spring of this year, with a bounty of 130 million Belly.

In reality, his true name was not this, but [Andoria Mogukumen].

Mogukumen's identity, like Alessia's, was that of a royal from the Kingdom of Concordia who had survived the catastrophe ten years ago.

His true identity was Alessia's uncle, but Alessia herself did not recognize him, as he had left the kingdom twenty years ago to wander the world alone.

Initially, Mogukumen joined the Roger Pirates because he was impressed by their immense strength. However, after a period of interaction, he was won over by Roger's charisma and revealed his true identity to Roger.

Roger then told Mogukumen that he had already deciphered three of the four red Poneglyphs without the World Government's knowledge, and only the last one on Concordia remained. However, he couldn't find it the last time he went.

Furthermore, Roger claimed to already know the location and method of using one of the three Ancient Weapons, Pluton.

However, the entire world was kept in the dark.

Mogukumen was overjoyed and told Roger the location of the last Poneglyph, hoping to uncover the World Government's secrets and achieve his goal of restoring his kingdom and avenging his family.

But unfortunately, he knew deep down that this was impossible. Roger's physical limits were approaching, and he wouldn't be able to accomplish such a feat anymore.

However, Mogukumen still chose to help Roger find the Poneglyph within Concordia.

But when they arrived on the fourth day, the Poneglyph inside was gone.

"What do we do now?"

Roger and Rayleigh were dumbfounded! Who the hell was collecting these things? Who was the culprit!
