"Hehe… how does my Frost Chain taste?"
After the Frost Nova dissipated, the chains released their hold. The silver-haired elder struggled painfully to his feet, coughing up more blood.
Kel'Thuzad had no intention of killing him instantly. After all, his Master had said this old man was one of the strongest fighters in this world. It was the perfect opportunity to test the limits of this world's power.
Though judging by how well he took a beating… he made for a pretty decent Main Tank!
Standing up again, the elder realized one crucial thing: against this "Skeleton Lich", he must never get caught by those chains. The other attacks seemed to have a delay, giving him time to dodge.
Like that ice explosion earlier—it seemed to gather cold energy for two full seconds at the spot before actually detonating.
"I was almost killed by such a freak… I would have lost all face for the Celestial Dragons!"
Suddenly, another deep, aged voice spoke up—different from the silver-haired man.
As the voice echoed, the ground trembled violently. A massive hand began to emerge from the Red Line beside them, followed by another hand, a head, a torso, and finally legs.
It was a colossal giant, far larger than even the giants of Elbaf or the Oars clan. His body appeared to have no skin, only raw, exposed muscle. He was bald and looked to be in his sixties or seventies.
"A giant…? No, wait." Kel'Thuzad looked up at the hundred-meter-tall red giant. He initially thought it was this world's giant race, but comparing their features, he shook his head. "Could it be… a Mythical Zoan, rarer even than a Logia?"
Indeed. It was the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Titan.
Just like Admiral Sengoku's Buddha form, it was a Mythical Zoan. The user could merge with the earth, and their form changed depending on the composition of the ground beneath them. It was known as an absolutely broken fruit—said to be impossible to injure as long as there was ground to stand on!
To think Kel'Thuzad would actually encounter one of these legendary Devil Fruits.
"As expected of the top nobles of this world… far richer than those broke kings back in Azeroth. Hehehahaha…"
Facing a figure that towered over almost everything in Azeroth—standing almost as tall as Archimonde himself—Kel'Thuzad remained completely calm. After all, this guy clearly didn't have the destructive power of hot-headed Archi. Besides, Kel'Thuzad loved fighting large targets. They were just so much easier to hit with skills!
---
In Sabaody Archipelago, everyone was speechless, staring blankly at the screens.
Not far away, Rayleigh took a sip of his drink and adjusted his glasses. "What a surprise… Battles at this level are truly the pinnacle of the world, aren't they?"
"Why did you have to come out?" The silver-haired elder casually wiped the blood from his mouth, his tone laced with clear annoyance. It was obvious the two didn't get along.
"Under normal circumstances, I'd love to fight you and test the limits of your Transfer Fruit. But we've lived long enough—we're both hundreds of years old. You know exactly what needs to be done here."
The Titan Giant spoke slowly. Although he was so high up it was hard to see his face clearly, his voice rang out clearly to both men.
The Transfer Fruit (Paramecia). As the name implies, it allows the user to swap positions with objects, or instantly move anything they touch to any location they desire.
For example, they could transfer a small stone directly into someone's brain, resulting in an instant kill. However, it wasn't 100% successful. Against masters who had refined their Haki to the absolute peak, the success rate was extremely low—similar to the difficulty of injecting Haki directly into an opponent's body.
Though, previously, the elder had felt no Haki emanating from the Lich at all. He had successfully placed a stone inside Kel'Thuzad's head… only for the Lich to say calmly: "This one has no brain…"
It was a terrifyingly powerful fruit, both offensively and defensively. But against Kel'Thuzad, it was useless. The moment those chains touched you, they connected directly to your soul, rendering Devil Fruit abilities completely inert!
"What happened before… will not happen again!" The silver-haired elder fixed his gaze on Kel'Thuzad. This time, no matter what, he would not let those chains touch him.
"Oh, give it up already."
The Titan Celestial Dragon scoffed. "Let me handle this. I'd hate to see you freeze to death out here. The whole world is watching—don't lose any more face for us!"
"What did you say?!"
Although the silver light in the elder's eyes made it impossible to see his pupils, the rage radiating from him was undeniable.
"Do you want me to kill you before I deal with that skeleton?!"
Watching them bicker, Kel'Thuzad crossed his bony arms over his chest, tilted his head, and exhaled a cloud of freezing mist. He pointed both hands at the two of them.
"Have you decided yet? Which one of you wants to die first? Or will you die together? You might not know this, but ganking two targets is actually easier than one. But don't worry… I don't plan on killing you quickly. Do you know what Torture means?"
Kel'Thuzad was speaking the truth. In the world of DOTA, or in the Nexus, bursting down two enemies was often faster than one. He saw no reason why it would be different here.
"You arrogant bag of bones! Do you have any idea who you are speaking to?! Do you know who we are?!" The Titan Giant roared in fury. "Torture? We'll be the ones torturing you!"
Kel'Thuzad smiled sinisterly. "And perhaps you have no idea who I am. If you did, you wouldn't dare speak to me in that tone. But fine… I suppose I shall simply test my power in this world!"
Raising his hands high into the sky, Kel'Thuzad slowly ascended higher. Beneath his floating robes, a terrifying, visible white mist began to spread across the earth.
The Lich shouted out in a voice that shook the heavens:
"SERVANTS! MINIONS! WARRIORS OF DARKNESS AND COLD! HEAR MY CALL! DESCEND UPON THIS WORLD!"
Throwing his head back, he let out an exaggerated, maniacal laugh, looking down with utter contempt at the two Admiral-level Celestial Dragons.
"I wonder… what form my lovely minions will take when I summon them here!"
"I don't know what he's planning! Attack him, old man!"
The user of the Titan Fruit's expression turned deadly serious. His earlier arrogance was gone. Kel'Thuzad gave him a sense of danger he had never felt in hundreds of years of life.
They say the longer you live, the sharper your instincts. It was never truer than in this moment.
"Do you think I need to be told?!" the silver-haired elder snapped back, his face grim.
The two attacked simultaneously. No fancy names were shouted, no battle cries—they simply moved to interrupt Kel'Thuzad's casting. The silver-haired elder transformed his right hand into a blade-like edge, raised it high, and brought it crashing down!
