Back in the Village Hall, Fengyu went to the counter handling the field leases.
He saw the same clerk again and waited for a moment for him to come instead of going to another free clerk.
"Greetings, fellow daoist," a friendly smile appeared on the clerk's face when he saw Fengyu.
"Greetings! I have to thank fellow daoist for my field again, it's truly a great plot of land. Now that I have become a citizen," he reached out to his spatial bag and gave him the jade token, "I would like to extend my lease."
"I saw that you did so, I was even worried you would forget about it, haha." The clerk took the token and put it into the opening on the jade tablet on his side of the counter, asking.
"Full citizens have the option to rent for a year, and the rent is 100 spirit stones per acre per year. This is 20 spirit stones cheaper than if you were to rent monthly. Would you like to rent monthly?"
