"Brother Fengyu, you're here again. Come, let me handle it quickly for you!" a young man called for Fengyu when he entered the Outer City Hall's reception area.
Fengyu greeted the man, Receptionist Chao as he had introduced himself. He was actually an Inner Citizen taking a unique path of stewardship and management, apparently something the city needed to have proper management.
"Brother Chao," Fengyu greeted him equally kindly, "Thank you for receiving me again!"
