I couldn't push myself fast enough away from Kairos's lap.
The worse was, he held me back with every movement I seemed to make. So, I could even stand right now, and I'd find myself on his lap once more.
Mrs Moore, Lily and the maids all stood frozen in shock, their eyes widened as they stared at us in horror.
Heat rushed into my face. I grimaced, nudging a stray hair behind my ears.
"What the hell is going on here?" Lily was the one to break the silence and the daze they were in.
"Let me go." I muttered under my breath, staring at Kairos's hands still wrapped around my waist.
Lily stalk away from where she was standing towards us. She stopped right in from of me, her breath ragged.
"Why are you sitting on his lap?!" She snapped.
Well, she should be asking Kairos that and not me. However, I was the easier target between the two of us.
