His First Spirit Ability was the cornerstone of his entire combat system.
It allowed him to manipulate elemental energy throughout his domain and control his body even after Elementalization.
Without it, his overall strength would immediately drop by at least fifty percent.
His Second Spirit Ability was a powerful mental-type skill.
Excellent for control.
Poor for dealing direct damage.
Against Spirit Saints with immense spiritual power, its effectiveness would be severely reduced.
His Third Spirit Ability was a domain.
His Spirit Bone skill was defensive.
Neither provided the offensive firepower he needed.
The reason he remained so powerful was due to the extraordinary quality of his spirit rings and the passive stat boosts they granted.
His base attributes had long surpassed those of ordinary Spirit Masters.
As long as those advantages remained overwhelming, he could compensate through superior combat skills.
But once an opponent's raw strength exceeded his own by too much, skill alone wouldn't be enough.
