While Qian Xunji was already dead at Bibi Dong's hands—effectively avenging Tang San's mother—Qian Daoliu and the others were still alive. Combined with the subtle influence of the Rakshasa God's power, Tang San eventually joined forces with Bibi Dong to initiate their plan to seize power.
In a place like Slaughter City, where death occurred daily, it took only three months for her to recover the bulk of her strength. She then led Hu Liena and Tang San to the Star Luo Empire to assist Dai Mubai.
During those same three months, Spirit Hall was completely reformed with the help of Golden Crocodile Douluo and Ning Fengzhi, and the Heaven Dou Empire fell entirely under Ning Fengzhi's administrative control.
As for Gu Xuan, he had departed a month prior with Gu Rong and Chen Xin for the ocean, intent on hunting the Deep Sea Demon Whale King for his ninth soul ring.

The wave was infused with the whale's domineering soul power; ordinary Titled Douluos wouldn't dare face it head-on. In the whale's eyes, while these humans were strong, they weren't a true threat. It was infinitely close to a million-year cultivation level. Though it lacked 'divinity' and hadn't successfully dragonized, its raw power was comparable to a Rank 99 Peerless Douluo.
