Carmila had just told him everything about her strange 'reincarnation'. Essentially, her soul that was implanted in Aiden's mind, somehow leaked through his seeds.
Essentially, anyone he fucked could have turned into Carmila. However, they didn't because Carmila was a vampire and needed a vampire's body to be resurrected.
Since Aiden hadn't touched any vampire other than Carmila and even eradicated the ones in the Otherworld, she never got the opportunity to reincarnate.
In other words, if he had fucked another vampire, Carmila would have reincarnated decades ago in the Otherworld. But he didn't, so that was that.
It wasn't until he face fucked Amaela did some of her essence take root in her body.
