Councilman Luo Mian remained protected within his Shield Magic Tool, his entire body being blasted backward.

After heavily crushing the White Magic Eagle army, the Black Snake immediately flew toward the direction of the Western Fortress.
There was still something there that had dared challenge its divine authority.
Naturally, it would not let the other side go.
