Chapter 103 - Chapter 103: Put It On!

The battle began in the dojo, without powerful Earth Release, so it couldn't be fully utilized.

They were all from the same clan, so they couldn't go for a killing blow.

Plus, there was a six-year-old on the side, and stray Kunai could take his life.

Swords flew like Butterflies, gorgeous sword light filled the eyes, accompanied by the clang of clashing swords.

The young Fugaku, for the first time, directly witnessed what was called strength.

That woman emerged from the void, blue Butterflies fluttering around her, and as she sheathed her sword, the ground was already littered with fallen clan members.

The old man sighed, "Indeed, it's still a bit too much. Without Mangekyo, no one in the clan is your opponent."

The Uchiha Shinobi on the ground struggled, groaning as they sat up, looking at Chiri's figure.

So strong...

Chiri turned and walked out of the dojo.

"I'm going to die soon after all," the old man said from behind.

Pausing slightly, Chiri said, "Then wait until that time. I'll attend the funeral, Grandfather."

The implication was that she wouldn't come again before then.

"Then wait until that time," the old man said. "Chiri, awakening requires a huge negative emotional stimulus, but positive emotions can also work. If the conditions are met, perhaps no stimulus is needed? You should try them one by one. The most important thing is the myriad of things. That person has already succeeded; you can try it too."

"Understood, Grandfather," Chiri said, quickening her pace to leave, glancing at Fugaku as she went.

This kid has awakened his eyes, but he doesn't know it yet—two tomoe.

Seeing Chiri look at him.

Fugaku nervously straightened his body, then hastily stood up and bowed gratefully to Chiri.

This kid, his gaze is a bit fierce, isn't it?

Chiri thought of this, smiled at Fugaku, gentle and generous.

Fugaku blushed and lowered his head shyly.

Chiri was very beautiful, with a head of purple hair, different from the black hair of her clan members.

Eh, purple hair?

Seeing the kid staring at her hair, Chiri smiled and left.

"Chiri! Put on your eyes!"

Chiri didn't look back.

"Hey!!! Chiri! Didn't I just dig them out for nothing!?"

Chiri quickened her steps.

"Chiri! Have pity on me, an old man, working so hard!"

"Chiri!!!"

"Grandfather..." Fugaku, a little scared, said, "Sister has already gone far away." He had been scolded by his loving grandfather today.

"You scoundrel!" the old man cursed, then smiled, "I'll keep them for you a bit longer."

Two holes in front of him let in the wind, making him feel chilly, but his heart was always warm.

Fugaku instinctively shrunk his neck.

Meanwhile, Chiri unconsciously arrived at the familiar park and sat on the swing from back then.

When she felt troubled, she would do this.

Staying alone, looking at the scenery, the clouds rolling and unrolling, letting time flow by.

It seemed as if her worries also flowed away with time.

Unbeknownst to her, some children ran to the park to play, but seeing the older sister occupying the swing, they didn't dare to speak up and argue.

They could only stare at Chiri with wide, longing eyes.

Chiri smiled at the children, and as she extended her hand, a dazzling swarm of blue Butterflies, shimmering with blue light, appeared from the void, fluttering and dancing at her fingertips.

"Wow! Such beautiful Butterflies!"

The children's eyes widened in wonder, and they reached out to catch the Butterflies, but no matter how they tried, they couldn't catch them.

Seeing the children's anxious eyes, Chiri chuckled and formed a hand sign with one hand.

Then, new blue Butterflies appeared all around.

Yin Release: Shadow Butterfly

These were Butterflies transformed from Shadow Clones.

The children caught the Butterflies and all started laughing.

"Big sister, big sister, can you make anything else?"

Chiri shook her head, then seeing the children's disappointed expressions, nodded again.

"Show us!"

"You can, you know..." After thinking for a moment, Chiri formed a hand sign with one hand.

Just then, someone walked from a distance.

Sensing her approach, Chiri stopped her actions.

"Eh? What's wrong, big sister!"

Chiri looked over. A figure in a hooded robe had already walked over and stood outside the circle of children.

Feeling a large shadow overhead, some children turned their heads.

They recognized the mask that sometimes appeared in their nightmares.

"Wow! It's the Insect Demon Woman!!!" A little boy cried out in terror.

Immediately, the other children all looked at Miki, and after a moment of 愣, three little girls burst into tears on the spot.

"Mommy! I want my mommy!!!"

"Waaah!!! Don't eat me!!!"

"Run!!!"

As one little boy yelled, the other children, realizing what was happening, scrambled to their feet and ran for their lives.

Waving their short little legs, they ran quite fast.

Chiri propped her chin on her hand, swinging on the swing, looking at Miki with a half-smile.

Miki, meanwhile, looked at a little girl who was still frozen in place, not daring to run, and couldn't help but pat the little girl's head.

"Aren't you running?"

Upon hearing this, the little girl silently fell forward onto the ground, playing dead.

"I'm not a bear," Miki mumbled, then chuckled mischievously, "Ah, she's dead. The meat won't taste good now."

The little girl's body trembled non-stop.

"Honestly, don't scare her so much," Chiri said, standing up.

In the past, her short little legs couldn't reach the ground; she had to jump off.

Miki thought of this and said, "Let's go for a walk."

"No, walking down the street with you makes everyone avoid us like the plague. It makes me uncomfortable," Chiri said, disgusted.

"That's true..." Miki said, taking off her hooded coat, revealing a head of beautiful gradient black-purple long hair.

It naturally fell over her shoulders.

She was wearing a sleeveless white crop top that exposed her navel and tight shorts.

Her chest was slightly prominent.

Large areas of cursed seals were etched on her delicate, pale skin that hadn't seen the light.

Below her neck, her exquisite, fair collarbones and bandages were visible, with a corner of the character '蟲' (insect) exposed near her heart.

She looked both rebellious and Anbu-like.

"You're not planning to wander around the Village like that, are you?" Chiri asked.

"Why not?" Miki said, "They're afraid of the Mushi-Hime. What does that have to do with me, Miki?"

Miki threw her coat to Chiri, then reached up to remove her mask.

Over the years, Chiri had seen Miki's face.

She had also seen her eyes.

Besides Yumi, only Mito had seen them.

A corner of the mask lifted, revealing Miki's beautifully sculpted jawline, and on her jade-like, delicate, pale skin, a hint of crimson lips was faintly visible.

Just then, a hand pressed down on Miki's mask.

"Put it on!" Chiri commanded forcefully.

You tell me to put it on and I just put it on?!

Miki exerted force with her hand.

"Tsk..."

My strength isn't as great as this guy's!

Miki lowered her hand.

Chiri helped Miki adjust her mask, then grabbed Miki and helped her put on her coat, carefully tucking her hair into the collar, pulling up the high collar, and putting on the hood.

"This is much more to my liking," Chiri said, satisfied.

"Let's go," Miki said, turning to leave.

Chiri's eyes curved into a smile, and she quickly followed, hands behind her back, in a cheerful mood.

Soon after, the little girl in the park got up, crying and screaming as she ran away.
