The War Room of Zephyria was a monument to absolute efficiency.
Lucifer sat at the head of the heavy obsidian table. The glowing magical map projected in the center no longer displayed the human kingdoms. The terrestrial world was ash.
The map now showed the internal logistics of the floating city. It was a complex three-dimensional blueprint of deep blue and pulsing crimson light.
Elara, Lyra, Sarah, Isolde, and Celeste stood around the table.
"The civilian integration is complete," Celeste reported. The High Ranger tapped a rune on the edge of the table.
She wore a crisp dark leather uniform adorned with the new Obsidian crest.
"The panic has subsided. The thirteen million mortals have been assigned to their designated housing sectors and maintenance shifts."
She pointed to a glowing green section on the lower tiers of the city hologram.
"The Apex Multiplier is active on the hydroponic gardens and the pure water reservoirs," Celeste continued smoothly.
