The day is going quietly, and Minjae's teasing only stopped when he started to nap.
I tuck myself into my best friend's side, looking at his soft features, and in no time, I am staring at his stomach.
He is starting to show through his baggy clothes, the bump is small but there.
Minjae makes pregnancy desirable for me, the way he looks beautiful with it, the way he carries himself…and the way he's trying to become a new person for it.
I sigh at the way the longing for my own pup makes my chest feel tight.
'I'm not ready' I say to myself, trying to ease the desire.
No matter how much I crave a baby, I'm still in a mess, there's still so many things to worry about.
If grandfather Kang knows that Sooin isn't Taesan's and he's still giving him this much hell…
What will he do with child that is really Taesan's?
The thought sends shivers down my back and Minjae opens his eyes, waking up slowly.
"You smell scared, what's wrong Seo-ya?" he asks.
