Seoha's POV
He doesn't sound like he's okay
Taesan ends the call and my bottom lip wobbles again. My eyes are still burning with unshed tears as I fight against the tears.
I hate that I cry so much.
I need to start acting more grown up and stop crying about everything, I'm about to become a mother to two more pups, and Taesan needs a strong mate.
"You're ready to sleep now?" Noona asks and I nod before handing the phone back to her.
She looks at me with a gentleness that makes me feel more sad about myself, I feel like she's pitying me.
"I'm okay, noona" I say and she chuckles.
"Clearly" she gets out of the chair and adjusts her dress, still looking at me with those eyes.
"I know you're not okay, remember we're making new happy moments, right?" she says and I nod.
That's true.
I'm rewriting our lives.
I'll fill the blank spaces where happy moments of the past should have been with happy moments of the present.
