The two of them blinked a couple of times, unsure how to react, until Eve's hand moved suddenly toward her revolver.
Her hand, however, barely had time to wrap around the grip as Damon was already in front of her. He grabbed her wrist, stopping her from reaching the weapon. The girl retaliated with a punch, but he ducked under and kicked her foot from under her.
Unfortunately, she managed to grab hold of his t-shirt, pulling him down with her. The two of them scrambled across the store floor for a couple of seconds before he landed on top of her, holding both of her wrists above her head.
"If it isn't the thief..." he said with a satisfied smirk.
She tried to break free for a moment before she simply gave up, her red lips curving into a smile.
"Still stalking me? Must be really obsessed, huh-"
"I'm not here to joke around," he quickly cut her off. "Give me the reward you stole, and I'll let you walk out of here alive.
"And if I don't?"
"You die." His tone was unusually flat.
