[SYSTEM OBSERVATION LOG]
The change remained. The system continued as it was.
Arveth stood outside the inn, tracing its presence without yet touching it.
He moved along the eastern wall with the slow certainty of long practice, the patience of centuries guiding each step. His hands remained clasped behind his back as he studied the structure as one might study a living thing, listening to what it expressed before demanding answers.
The system watched as he read the stone without contact, and the stone, in its way, responded by existing exactly as it had been laid.
The four followed him, bound to his path like shadows with differing habits.
One advanced steadily along the base of the wall, its motion unbroken, as if momentum alone defined its purpose. Another halted and started in measured intervals, pausing to examine the ground with deliberate focus.
