The monster let out a loud, ear-piercing scream and thrashed its body violently. However, the attack did not do much damage.
The monster's skin was too thick. The spikes only pierced a little before cracking under its weight.
CRACK! CRACK!
The ice spikes shattered, and the monster fell back down onto the road with a heavy thud.

The ground shook slightly when it landed.
Noah clicked his tongue. "Tch… too tough."
The monster immediately raised its head and looked at Noah again with its yellow vertical slit eyes filled with rage.

It screamed again and rushed toward him even faster this time. Students nearby screamed in terror.
Noah took a quick glance in that direction. His eyes widened in terror.
Some distance away from him, another monster of the same kind was there. Two students were trying to fight it.
'Fuck! There are more monsters.' The monster ran toward Noah.
"Whatever…" Noah muttered, looking straight at his monster.
