Chapter 125 - Chapter 125: Blazing Courage Divine Strike Magic Circle

Dan Feng silently shook his head, denying that he was a powerful adventurer.

Seeing that Dan Feng refused to speak further, Paul did not press the matter and instead asked one last question.

"Do you know where there's a dojo for learning Water God Style swordsmanship? Not the one in Ars."

"Usil Territory." After saying that, Dan Feng left the Adventurers' Guild together with Roxy, preparing to head to the Ranoa Kingdom.

"Usil Territory… that seems to be the territory of the Euros family, right?" Paul pondered for a moment, then decided to think about it later. For now, he would fill out the form and become an adventurer first.

Becoming an adventurer at 12 years old did not seem particularly unusual in this world. After completing the form, Paul naturally became an F-rank rookie adventurer.

Then, Paul went to the request board, preparing to accept a commission that an F-rank could take.

Things like watering flowers, washing clothes, and so on.

A few days later…

After Dan Feng and Roxy returned to the school, Roxy decisively pulled Dan Feng to an unoccupied place—an abandoned warehouse within Ranoa Magic University.

Without the slightest hesitation, Roxy quickly took out all the various materials needed to draw the magic circle from her storage scroll.

Her movements were crisp and practiced; clearly, she had prepared for this magic circle long in advance.

Once the materials were ready, Roxy began drawing the magic circle.

First, she carefully took out the Red Dragon's blood and mixed it with powder ground from magic wood.

The moment these two materials came into contact, they seemed to produce some wonderful reaction, releasing a wave of heat and faint smoke drifting out from within.

After mixing them thoroughly, Roxy poured them together into the special ink used for drawing magic circles.

The ink had originally been pitch black, but after adding the Red Dragon blood and magic wood powder, it instantly became even murkier, taking on a dark red hue.

Next, Roxy crushed magic power crystals and gently sprinkled them into the ink.

As the magic power crystals dissolved, the dark red of the ink grew even deeper, as though it now contained vast amounts of mana.

With everything prepared, Roxy took out several sheets of special paper meant for drawing magic circles.

Since this magic circle required multiple structures to be combined, she needed to stack the sheets together and draw the corresponding parts on each one.

Roxy picked up her pen, took a deep breath, and began drawing with complete concentration.

Her strokes were delicate and precise; every line landed perfectly, without the slightest deviation.

Her focus was astonishing, as though the entire world had shrunk down to just her and the magic circle before her.

Dan Feng stood to the side, quietly watching Roxy.

His gaze was drawn to her concentrated expression—Roxy looked so cute when she was this serious!

He simply watched in silence, not daring to make a sound for fear of disturbing her while she drew the magic circle.

The magic circle was not a traditional circular shape. Instead, it formed a massive circle composed of drawings on multiple sheets of paper, surrounded by additional circular structures that interwove with one another to create a complex overall array.

Time passed slowly; every second felt especially long.

Yet Roxy remained completely immersed in drawing the magic circle. Her pen precisely traced every structure, and the design grew richer and richer.

As time went on, the progress of the magic circle gradually approached sixty percent.

The basic framework was now complete; only the intricate contract texts remained to be added.

Roxy took a deep breath and slightly relaxed her tense nerves, though her eyes remained firmly locked on the magic circle.

Prolonged intense focus had left Roxy somewhat fatigued. A thin layer of sweat had appeared on her fair forehead, but judging from her perky antenna-like hair standing up, she was very excited.

At that moment, Dan Feng noticed her condition and quickly handed her a cup of water, saying calmly, "Drink some water first and take a short break."

This cup had been made using Earth Magic. Though it looked ordinary on the outside, it had the texture and hardness of iron.

Dan Feng had long noticed that Earth Magic could be turned into iron—could this be considered a form of property change?

Roxy gratefully accepted the cup and immediately drank all the water in one go without hesitation.

The cool water soothed her parched throat and refreshed her spirit.

After finishing the water, Roxy gazed at the magic circle she had drawn. After a moment, she slowly spoke: "All that's left is the contract text, and then the magic circle will be complete."

Dan Feng replied, "No need to rush. Just follow the steps described in the book. From what I see, this isn't particularly difficult." His voice carried a calm confidence in Roxy's abilities.

"Mm!" Roxy nodded and once again picked up the ink-soaked pen to begin drawing the contract text.

These contract texts were the core of the magic circle—the main support structure—so drawing them was extremely tedious.

However, since she was simply following the instructions in the book, it still felt relatively easy.

Not long after, with Roxy's final stroke, the Blazing Courage Divine Strike Magic Circle was finally completed.

"It's finally done!" Roxy exclaimed.

Hearing that Roxy had finished, Dan Feng began to examine the magic circle she had drawn. Compared to when she first started learning magic circles, Roxy's progress now was nothing short of miraculous. She no longer made her old mistakes.

"Quick, give it a try," Dan Feng said to Roxy, a hint of curiosity in his eyes.

He was full of questions about this magic circle. Logically speaking, divine strike magic should be specialized for use against the undead—how could it possibly affect living people?

Still, he decided to set those doubts aside for now and see exactly what changes this magic circle could bring.

Roxy took a deep breath and carefully placed her right hand in the center of the magic circle.

She focused her mind and slowly channeled her mana into the array.

As the mana flowed, the surrounding air seemed to tremble faintly.

Suddenly, a wave of heat rushed toward them. The originally black patterns of the magic circle ignited as though set ablaze, instantly turning into a blazing red that symbolized intense heat.

Crimson light erupted from the magic circle, illuminating the entire room.

"Dan Feng, hurry and step inside to test it!" Roxy shouted excitedly, her voice brimming with anticipation for the magic circle's effects.

Dan Feng slowly walked toward the Blazing Courage Magic Circle. The moment he stepped into its range, a certain sensation welled up within him.

He immediately felt a subtle change in his mindset—as though all fear and hesitation had been instantly swept away, replaced by a fearless courage.

However, the feeling was not particularly intense. Dan Feng could clearly sense its presence, yet he could also easily control it.

He was not swept away by this sudden surge of courage; instead, he remained calm and rational.

"How is it?" Roxy looked at Dan Feng standing in the center of the magic circle, her eyes shining with expectation.

Dan Feng gave a faint smile. "Congratulations—you succeeded."
