Chapter 209 - Chapter 209: Fangs of the Black Wolf

As Paul had said, his stamina was excellent, so he went non-stop the entire night. Talhand and Geese had no choice but to go downstairs to Talhand's room to rest.

They could deal with other matters tomorrow.

...

The next day at noon, Paul woke up very late because of the intense "firewood and raging flames" from the previous night.

Elinalise beside him was the same.

Paul opened his eyes, looked around the room, and immediately recalled what had happened last night.

So he subconsciously glanced at Elinalise, who was still sound asleep beside him.

That smooth skin and that charming face once again stirred up Paul's desire.

Therefore, Paul once again extended his "claws," throwing off the blanket that had been trapping him.

During this time, the changes in Elinalise's body slowly woke her from her sleep. She then smiled and once again cooperated with Paul's movements.

Afterward, the two of them tacitly said nothing. Paul tidied up his appearance and prepared to go out.

However, the moment Paul opened the door, he saw Geese and Talhand standing right outside.

"Why are you two here?" Paul stared at them in confusion, his eyes full of bewilderment.

"You had your fun, but looking for you two wasn't nearly as comfortable!" Geese curled his lip and said.

After hearing Talhand's voice, Elinalise also walked out looking refreshed. "Let's go. Time to take on requests and reach B-rank as soon as possible."

"Hmm? You two also need to reach B-rank?" Paul turned to look at Elinalise beside him and asked.

"It'll still take some time, but it should be soon."

"Then how about..."

"Paul, I already told you. They're going to join," Geese interrupted from the side.

After that, the four of them got to know each other and confirmed that they would form a party together.

All four of them were currently C-rank adventurers, only one step away from B-rank.

Among them, Paul was about to break through that threshold and successfully advance to B-rank adventurer.

Once he achieved that goal, he would naturally become the leader and form a party that truly belonged to him.

Currently, the members of this party were: Paul Greyrat (Swordsman), Geese Nukadia (Thief), Talhand (Magician), and Elinalise Dragonroad (Warrior).

Geese Nukadia, although his official occupation was Thief, was actually more like a scout.

He was not good at combat. Instead, he excelled in socializing, reconnaissance, cooking, and cleaning. Whether it was gathering information or handling daily chores, he could manage everything in an orderly manner.

Talhand, a member of the dwarf race, was best at earth magic.

However, in order to deal with various potential dangers, he often wore heavy armor to enhance his own defense.

As for Paul Greyrat, in order to advance to B-rank adventurer as quickly as possible, he had been giving it his all during this period.

Not only did he actively accept various requests, he also often took time to help Elinalise relieve the curse on her body.

Aside from that, his daily life was almost completely filled with requests. Other than sleeping and eating, he barely had any free time.

Under such high-intensity effort, Paul Greyrat finally got his wish and successfully advanced to B-rank adventurer.

Without the slightest hesitation, he brought the other three to the Adventurer's Guild in this town to register their adventurer party.

"Come on, Paul, hurry up. Haven't you been looking forward to this day for a long time?" Geese urged Paul impatiently.

However, at this moment, Paul completely ignored Geese's urging. His attention had long been captured by the pretty magician from another party.

Before he knew it, Paul was already chatting enthusiastically with that pretty magician, completely forgetting his original task.

"Ah, I'm really sorry. I suddenly have something to take care of. Let's chat another day." Paul finally realized his mistake, quickly said goodbye to the pretty magician, and hurriedly walked toward the Adventurer's Guild counter.

"I want to form an adventurer party." Paul walked up to the counter and unhesitatingly took out his adventurer card from his chest, slapping it heavily on the table with a "pa" sound.

He had seen others form adventurer parties before, so he was somewhat familiar with the process. He knew they needed to use the adventurer cards of all party members.

Seeing this, the others followed Paul's example and took out their own adventurer cards.

The staff member took their cards, carefully filled in the information from the cards onto a piece of paper, then pushed the paper back in front of them and said expressionlessly, "Write the party name yourselves."

Hearing this, Paul suddenly froze.

He had not seriously thought about the party name before. Now that the staff member asked, he was momentarily speechless.

He subconsciously looked toward the other three people standing beside him, as if hoping they could give a good suggestion.

After hearing Paul's question, Geese immediately shook his head and said, "Don't look at me. I don't care about these things. Any name is fine."

Seeing this, Paul had no choice but to turn his gaze to Elinalise, hoping she could give a good suggestion.

Elinalise thought for a moment, then opened her mouth and said, "How about calling it Love-Seeking..."

However, before she could finish, Paul quickly shook his head, clearly dissatisfied with that name.

After all, he knew Elinalise very well and knew she was definitely about to say something outrageous.

Left with no choice, Paul's gaze finally landed on Talhand, hoping he could come up with a more suitable name.

Talhand thought for a moment, then suddenly said, "How about calling it the Shorty Squad?"

Paul was speechless upon hearing that name.

He couldn't help but sigh and say, "Fine, I'll do it myself." After speaking, he helplessly shook his head and began racking his brain for a nice yet imposing party name.

While thinking, Paul subconsciously looked at the black sword at his waist.

This black sword had once slain the leader of a pack of black wolves. Moreover, even in its final moments, that black wolf's eyes had shown no change. It had maintained an unyielding posture the entire time.

This made Paul deeply feel the stubborn and unyielding spirit that the black wolf represented.

So, an idea flashed through Paul's mind.

He thought of a name that could both showcase the party's strength and embody that spirit...

"Then let's call it Fangs of the Black Wolf! This name is enough to show the strength of our party!" Paul shouted excitedly, then decisively wrote the elegant words "Fangs of the Black Wolf" on the adventurer party registration paper.
