In a swirl of smoke, Namikaze Minato used Body Flicker, appearing right in front of Genbu Akido. His right hand formed a blue sphere, spinning with high-speed chakra—his Rasengan.

This blue sphere had been gifted to him by Genbu himself when they first met—a token of brotherly respect and a deadly weapon all at once.

Don't be fooled by its unassuming appearance. Anyone underestimating it would suffer a devastating blow—and wouldn't even know what hit them before their demise.

This was an A-rank jutsu, capable of cleaving through mountains with terrifying single-target power. In past legends, countless powerful shinobi fell to the Rasengan—even the Deva Path Pain could not withstand it.

It couldn't be countered by sheer strength alone. If Genbu tried to block it with a punch, he could get injured—or worse, fail completely.

Genbu, however, had his own trump card: Chidori. Lightning surged around his right hand, crackling with pure, concentrated power. As its name implied, a thousand birds screamed in the air, echoing the intensity of the attack.

This was the first decisive clash between the two jutsu—a confrontation reminiscent of decades-old duels between the future Fourth and Fifth Hokage.

In an instant, the collision of Rasengan and Chidori formed a glowing sphere that enveloped them both.

Within the light, the two jutsu clashed, sparks flying as chakra collided. Chidori and Rasengan canceled each other out, but Genbu's chakra density proved higher, giving him the edge. Yet, to avoid harming Minato, he withdrew Chidori as the Rasengan's chakra dissipated.

But Minato wasn't finished. He deployed his final hidden ace—the instantaneous Body Swap technique he had learned from Genbu—and launched the "Razor Strike."

In the blink of an eye, Minato appeared above and to the right of Genbu. Riding the momentum of his flip, he slammed his head toward Genbu's forehead with full force.

"Thunder Whirlwind Invincible Headbutt!" he shouted—a name as earnest as it was absurdly grandiose.

"You… you even learned the headbutt? I practiced two whole years with shadow clones just to master this!" Genbu exclaimed, tears welling in his eyes.

The light sphere vanished, revealing the two combatants. Minato hung midair, forehead colliding with Genbu's, while Genbu's upper body bent backward slowly. Everyone watching froze in shock.

"Genbu-niisan… did he lose?!"

Kushina covered her eyes, unable to watch.

"No way… Minato won? Amazing!"

Senju Shigure's eyes practically popped out.

"Did a student really defeat an elite jonin?"

Even Jiraiya was stunned.

"Oh, interesting… if my instincts are correct, Minato's forehead has that same magical aura."

Orochimaru's interest in Minato deepened.

"Hahaha! I won, pay up!"

Tsunade cheered, taking a long swig of sake. She was clearly delighted to see her bet win.

But then, Genbu's back bent ninety degrees and abruptly stopped. In a shock to all, he snapped upright, flinging Minato aside effortlessly.

Minato's attack had been brilliant. Even Genbu hadn't expected Minato to apply Haki in that way.

In the critical moment, Genbu quickly channeled the Haki on his head to absorb the headbutt, preventing a knockdown. At the same time, he rose onto his toes and arched his back to balance and soften the impact. He didn't actually need to reduce the force—directly colliding would have been fine—but if he didn't, Minato would have suffered a concussion.

Minato sat on the ground, dejected. He had lost, but quickly brightened up. Despite being small, he had a giant heart.

Panting, he smiled and said, "Genbu-niisan, your head's so tough—I couldn't knock you out. I lost."

Scratching the back of his head, he looked comically sheepish.

Genbu walked over and helped him up. "Not bad. You truly are my brother. I'm proud of you."

"I still lost, though," Minato muttered.

"Kid, you want to beat me? Wait eight hundred more years," Genbu teased.

"Brother… can I ask a favor?"

"Anything I can do, I'll agree to," Genbu replied.

A little embarrassed, Minato said, "It's nothing important. I just… the Rasengan's name doesn't really suit this technique you taught me. I thought of a more powerful name: 'Lightwheel Gale Spiral Twin Black Turtle Sphere.' What do you think?"

Genbu froze. "What? What are you even saying?"

"It's… Nimbus—"

"Stop, stop, stop!" Genbu immediately grabbed his shoulder, earnestly saying, "No. Just this once, absolutely not. Promise me you'll drop that idea, okay?"

Minato reluctantly agreed, "Fine… we'll stick with Rasengan. But in my heart, this jutsu will forever be Lightwheel, Gale, Spiral, and Genbu Twin Sphere."

Everyone gathered around, cheering. Kushina jumped onto Genbu, hugging him. "Genbu-niisan, you're the best, hehe."

But Tsunade's gaze had lost its sparkle. "My… two thousand ryo… sob…"
